Description of Work: This provider is A1 professional! When you call they have professional receptionists that answer th phone (did not have to leave a message) and was able to give me information and schedule an appointment within 2 working days. Robert came out and did GREAT job! I had my laundry room floor redone as a result of my water heating clunking out. He was able to drain the heater and install the floor that also needed new floor boards. This was a very pleasant experience and I would use them again. THANKS ROBERT for providing excellent service!!!

Description of Work: Jim is a great handyman. He had to perform different jobs to bring our house up to standars for our house to be ready for our renters. They are pleased and so are we.

I am so sorry to hear you had a problem reaching us. We have had several complaints on this issue (three of them here on AL) which is very frustrating for our customers and for us! I don't want to throw Verizon under the bus, but they provide us with email, voice mail and phone service, and ever since we've moved it seems very hit or miss as to whether or not the messages come through. To all my future customers - as convenient as email is for both of us, this seems to be where most of the problems lie. So if you don't mind, please call us at 410-689-4986. Our phones are now answered live 24/7. And we ALWAYS return calls, whether we do the work that is being asked for or not. Often we can refer you to someone who specializes in a particular area that we don't serve. Thanks!
