The provider came out and worked hard. When it came to working on the roof, there was a lot of work to be done that he did by himself. I let him know I wanted the roof to be sturdy with new roofing. Instead of re-roofing with new material, its clear they only patched it up. It is also obvious that they used inappropriate material on the siding as some of the siding is already rotting away, from his lack of immediately covering the area. There are also areas that are still rotted that he did not address when he was here. I am now trying to get them to come out just to fix the work to make it look the way it should. I paid over $3,000 for two jobs and now have to finish them both myself.

Arrived on time and introduced himself . Listened to the problem and fixed, then explained what he did. Asked and fixed additional problems. Went over other possible work in the home.

This went really well. He worked quickly and did quality work- in an hour he finished two projects that would have taken my husband a half day!!

Stephan was very professional and on time. Not only did he put the shuttle back up, but also saw some areas around my exterior door that needed re-corking and did it for us. He also took a look at a leaking faucet also. We paraded him with countless questions about future home projects and provide excellent detail on have to move forward. I will definitely be using Mr. Handyman (Stephan) in the future.

Dix Mitchell was on time both days, was polite, professional and did the two jobs in a timely manner. He answered all my questions about plastering, painting and tile work.

Excellent job including the unexpected repair of an adjacent exterior water pipe and hose bib needed to complete the work. I was given an estimate, which matched the cost of the work. Even the additional service barely raised the cost because the serviceman was already at the property. I also cannot emphasize enough how CLEAN the property was left - it was impressive. The prices are higher than competitors, but you absolutely get what you pay for with this company. I would call Mr. Handyman again any time!

I was charged accidentally for an item the handyman kept and I felt he could have done more for the amount paid. If I use them again, I would request a different person.

They did a very good job. Very pleased with what he did. He definitely earned his pay. They are reliable, courteous and competent.

It went fine. There were flyers that I got from the mail with a bunch of coupon, that's where I found him. However, I think their price was high but they said they come charge by the hour and not by the job.

Several bricks had come loose . He removed, cleaned and replaced with fresh mortar. With balance of time (was an Angie's List deal for 4 hours of work) he caulked all the windows around the house.

Good! What I really liked was that Barry arrived with some basic stuff on his truck- grout, mud compound, etc- so he could get right to work while my husband went to buy the specialty items. He was pleasant, punctual and knew what he was doing across a variety of trades.

Fair work that was finished in a day but too pricey.

Barry came to our home on time, listened to our description of the problem his office had already told him about. He proceeded to thoroughly inspect our master bedroom (which had water damage) and the roof (which was leaking). He then clearly explained what was wrong, his recommended solution and its probable cost in time and money. With our thanks and approval, he drove to the store, got the supplies needed, returned and stopped the roof leak and fixed enough of our bedroom floor so that we were safe, no more damage was done, and we could still use the bedroom. He then returned in a week, opened walls and floor and removed and replaced rotted insulation, upright boards, drywall and support boards under the floor and part of the floor itself so we didn't lose use of our bedroom. The tiny ants which had been attracted by the moisture and were happily living inside our wall were a surprise. He removed them (along with the other material), we sprayed, and he assured us they would not be back once the moisture was gone. We placed fans on the site while he took his lunch and bought more supplies, and upon his return the one piece of still moist wood that was salvaged was dry. He then returned the next week to paint. He was professional in every respect and we have high confidence that this problem was fixed right. Barry promised alot and delivered. Thanks! We'd give him an A+

This was a several day project I didn't have the time or experience for. I received great customer service from the office staff when merely obtaining a quote and getting answers to all my questions. I was scheduled promptly and the handyman arrived on time and did a wonderful job. Everything I had asked to be done was completed, he worked very hard to accomplish all requested work in one day without compromising quality. I really appreciated the thoroughness of the job he completed and have piece of mind that my shower will look new again for a longer time because of his work. No more mold or dis-coloration. This was well worth the price. Great service from start to finish. I will be going to this company again for any future household projects!

I lost the piece during the last high winds we had. I emailed Mr Handyman and they responded with in an hour. I explained my problem and they said they could fix it and scheduled me a date. The worker arrived on time, inspected the area and headed out to buy the needed fascia. He returned and went to work, which included having to climb to the peak of my house to fasten the new piece in place. He was very professional and polite and did an excellant job. I would recommed to others.

I would describe their work as adequate. You can see where, the hole isn't there anymore but it just looks like a rough. Clearly somebody did some work there. It's not smooth.

Mr. Handyman have a great staff. Of all the companies I have contacted through Angie's they provide the best follow-up and pre- appointment verification. As in any coupon that involves specific hours it is a good idea to be sure you have a good understanding of the time required to do the work. This company explained very well what could be done and what equipment would cost extra. The work was very good and the handyman made sure to provide work for the full appointment time. I was very pleased with work and will certainly call them again.

I had to call them a second time to come back and finish repairing the drywall (he missed some spots). The gutters were never repaired properly. The first handyman did not know how to install the ceiling fan, so a second handyman came the next day to do the job. The handyman finished working an hour earlier than the time that I paid for, but no refund was given for the time that I did not use, nor was another handyman sent to fix the gutters properly.

It went very well and they were very professional. There were no problems with scheduling. The technician had no problems coming back the next day to finish the drywall and splitting up the four hours into two hours each day.
