Mr. Handyman of Anne Arundel and PG County

From the beginning to the end, everyone was professional and easy. Since tenants live in the home that needed patching, there was a lot of coordination that needed to happen. Fortunately, when Mr. Handyman of Anne Arundel actually LISTENED and responded in accordance with the parameters given (Days of week, times, communicate via email). One, I commend them for actually READING my request and for responding to it specifically. Two, the prices are reasonable and more especially since it was a small job. We had two small holes in the ceiling which needed to be patched up and painted over to match the texture of the ceiling. Three, they didn't try to swindle me! The technician did a good job match everything, did the work efficiently and did not try to get more money out of the job like others have done. I give this company 5 stars, even if I was not able to meet face to face with the technician. Four, they were courteous even though it was a small job. So many times, companies tend toward a obnoxious way of dealing with customers, especially if the job is small. This company was not. All in all, thanks for your service! Such a simple thing, and yet working with you motivated me enough to write a review.

The service was great. The Tech, Stephan, did everything on my list. I had not purchased the materials ahead of time because I did not know what to buy, so I followed Stephan in my car when he went to purchase the materials at a hardware store. I decided to replace my 18-year old shutters instead of having them repaired and repainted. Stephan explained the difference between the different varieties so that I could make an informed choice. Two of my screens were usable but the aluminum on the third was split so I needed to purchase a new one. I also needed to purchase two additional screens of the same size as my late husband had somehow misplaced them. The hardware store did not have the size I needed, so Stephan helped me special order the three screens. When he installed the usable screens, he explained how to do it so when the new screens come in I would be able to do it by myself. He painted the front door frame just as I wanted and he completed the dry wall repairs and hung the towel rack. For the first time I will be able to hang a towel on it without it falling down. I will definitely use Mr. Handyman for all my future tasks around the house, and if possible I will request Stephan. Great job!!

It worked out wonderfully. They were very late getting to my location. Other than that, the work was fine. They did a pretty good job. They answered my questions and did get back to me. They were professional.

I've used these guys several times over a period of time and they have done a great job and their estimates are more or less accurate. The one time I had an issue with the work done they were receptive to my complaint and fixed the issue promptly and for free. I'll definitely continue to work with them!

Excellent! Very professional, showed up on time. Office staff very nice as well. I just thought price was a bit high but results were excellent so I guess it was worth it.

It went fine, a little hiccup but company was responsive and took accountability.

Chris was prompt, professional, hard working, knowledgeable and very personable. He came in assessed what needed to be done ...we furnished all supplies. He obtained his tools and began the work. From tme to time he would provide us with status and ensure we were all on the same page. Mr. HANDYMAN stopped by to double check the service ... another professionsl. Once Chris assessed what it would entail to fix our door frame, we scheduled for follow on work to be completed this week. So happy and pleased. I'll keep this number on speed dial.

As usual, Mr. Handyman was great. They do a terrific job with all of the small tasks that pile up around the house. The only concern I have is that the company no longer uses quick setting mud and heat lamps to do drywall repairs in a single day. They use regular mud which requires two appointments on separate days.

Jimmy told me he'd leave the paint brush and pail he used for the job, but he didn't. He did a great job though.

Worse EXPERIENCE EVER Had them come clean gutters. Charged by time spent. Arrived late. Wasn't prepared and had to wait to have correct ladder brought to him. Spent more than half time sitting idle in truck padding bill. Only cleaned rear gutter. Front and right side didn't need cleaning. Didn't clean gutter on second floor of front of house at all. Almost $300 to clean 20 ft of gutter is outrageous. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Mr Mitchell was on time he did an excellent job explaining the problem I had and what he was doing to resolve the problem.

Dix was on time and reasonably priced. He was great! Did what he had to do, on time and very professional. Would love for him to come back to do work for me.

Our Handyman, Dennis, showed up promptly and was extraordinarily professional. He completely transformed and restored areas around the house where our textured knock down ceiling was not in the best condition. He also caulked around our walk in shower. The caulk was done so low profile and sleek it looks like it came from the factory that way.

Kendall was on time, completed job in a timely manner, and professional done.

Dix arrived early and handled all projects in an excellent way. He worked very efficiently and was very people friendly. Excellent customer service.

My Technician, Kendall arrived and surveyed the problem. I was given a detailed explanation about what the issue was and possible scenarios in order to fix the problem. I was warned that the job may take a couple of days in order to complete. After I agreed to work, Kendall immediately began to work, and finished the next day as we agreed. The work was done very well and I was kept informed throughout the process of exactly what was going on.

Okay. Painting, should have 2 workers.

All went well. The electrician sent to do the work arrived on time, was pleasant, and did an excellent job.

Everything went perfectly. I would definitely consider them next time I have some work to be done around my home.

The technician arrived on time assessed the repair and completed the repair of the fascia.

The outcome was what I expected. I would work with this company again.

Carl was very nice and did a great job. He gave us pointers on how often to do jobs like this. Will request him net time!

It went good. It did not take but 2 hours, so they're coming back to do more work. I purchased a big deal.
