Description of Work: We had gutters replaced by Gutter Helmet.

Description of Work: Good quote, met schedule, good cleanup. Tech consultant/sales was accurate.

Description of Work: If you have any work done to your roof (we had a new roof put on), only Gutter Helmet can reattach your Gutter helmets or the warranty is cancelled automatically. SO we asked Gutter Helmet to re-attach our gutter helmets after having a new roof put on. They said it can be done quickly. It took over a month to get a quote and another month for them to finally do the work. This happened in 2015 also when we had one small portion of our roof repaired. Took over a month just to get the helmets put back on.

Description of Work: They apparently did a good job installing the Gutter Helmet system to keep leaves and debris out of my gutters, but they stood me up one day,when they were supposed to be there causing me to waste a day waiting for them.

Description of Work: They installed a leaf guard system for our gutters. Unfortunately the system is not very efficient but they do come out and clean the gutters.

Description of Work: Gentleman came by cleaned my gutters, ensured they were't missing any screws, they were angled properly, and then installed gutter helmets. The beauty of this product is that it has a lifetime warranty on the home which means they can transfer from new owner to new owner. Also, my gutters are original to the home (over 20 years old). They were in good shape but I'm sure I could have used new ones. Once my gutter helmets were installed, the gutters are now part of that lifetime warranty meaning if there is a problem with them and I don't hire someone to fix them or try to fix them myself (will void the warranty), I can call Gutter Helmets, and they will replace them for free. I felt the price was great because of all that I got. Everyone should get them!

Description of Work: Roof Replacement ~ 2000SF, split level intersecting roofs, Vent Roof Soffits, Install two bathroom vents through the roof, Tear off 2 layers of roofing material, replace all vent boots, repair & replace flashing & underlayment as needed, Removed & reinstalled Gutter Helmet System. Took a bit of time to get this job under contract as I wanted to get my roof properly balanced and vented. I was not in a hurry & wanted to have the roof done in the late spring, so from initial contact to installation went 10 months. If I had pushed I am sure GH would have responded. That being said, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and made me comfortable with the decisions being make. Worked with me on some cosmetic issues that made the job go better - I purchased, primed & painted some 2x6 fascia boards that needed to be replaced & they scarfed them in. They delivered the soffit vents early so I could spray paint them to match the trim colors before installation, saving me the chore/cost of painting later. The crew worked hard & got the job done in 8 hours. Needed to come back for soffit vent installation. Very competitive with other estimates. I went with Gutter Helmet because I have their gutter system installed. Would have been ~$800 to have Gutter Helmet come out to remove & replace the gutter system (& maintain the warranty) if someone else did the roof.

Description of Work: Asked GH to install an gutter helmet on a new roof slope was very low so they insisted on a larger gutter. Coordinated installation on the same day the Free service was to happen. They showed up gave me the free service. They did not install the gutter helmet. I called they apologized and rescheduled. They were professional but unapologetic at the inconvenience caused but we rescheduled and they arrived and did what was expected.

Description of Work: In preparation for a new roof they removed an existing gutter helmet. After the roof was installed they installed new gutters and replaced the gutter helmet. They were quick at removing the gutter helmet but were slower installing the new gutters/gutter helmet. They missed or unexpectedly rescheduled some installation dates. Some of this could be attributed to weather. Since the work did not require me to be present it wasn't much of an issue.

Description of Work: Gutter Helmut was installed on my house and carport. From beginning to end this project was handled professionally and efficiently. We are glad we decided to go this route.

Description of Work: Gutter helment was punctual, professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. They removed the gutter covers I had, that were leaking, and installed their system. they cleaned out and sealed the gutter seams before they installed their covers. Their system has performed well and I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Installed Gutter Helmet on my (detached) garage. Product has performed OK so far, but some has started to come up because it was screwed into some rotted wood. Although I didn't contract with them to replace wood on the roof, they should have noticed the wood was bad and informed me of the problem before they completed installation. Helmets working fine so far.
