There is too much of an overlap, so rainwater flows over the gutters instead of into them. I called the company, and it did send a technician out to inspect the system. They also installed a downspout without anchoring it, and it's now on the ground. If you live in the woods, leaves are a problem. Pollens and tree sap clog the helmet so they don't work right. They should have informed me knowing where I live that this is not a good system. The pollens and tree sap leave a debris which causes the helmet to build up with debris. They did want to help and they came back out, but they did not follow through on correcting the issue.

They weren't intrusive, they cleaned up after themselves, and they did a good job installing the system. Furthermore, the price was comparable to what others were charging.

They added a strip to the system which prevents this from happening again, and they cleaned the gutter exteriors at no extra cost.
