They were friendly enough, but I asked them to hand wash the floor rather than mop. They did not. I ran a wet paper towel over the floor and it was still dirty.

I had an appointment for 10am to clean my rental property. We were driving to met them at the house and their customer service called at 9:49, I was driving so it went to voice mail. The dispatch lady called back at 9:54 saying that the cleaning crew was leaving. Luckily we arrived right has the voice mail came through. I contacted the dispatch to ask why they would leave before the scheduled appointment time. She was extremely rude and dismissive. Then the price. We had a different service clean our 3400 square ft single family home for $100 cheaper than they charged cleaning 1100 square ft townhouse. They cleaned very well but customer service and price are terrible

They have to be careful giving an estimate on the house like ours. If it takes more time for them to clean it should not change the price& it should not be customer’s problem.. I paid them extra as they requested due to longer time taken. but not all customer would.

Arrived an hour and a half late. Didn’t finish the job and had to come back 2nd day. Was not happy with results. Contacted the manager, showed her pics of how the work was not completed and how it was not acceptable and she tried to blame everything and everyone BUT her crew. They were hired to to a post construction/pre move in cleaning. Asked ONLY to clean 3 bathrooms, wash windows and to wipe insides of all cabinets and drawers as they had drywall dust and debris from renovations earlier that week. I had another worker laying hardwood flooring in another room and she tried to blame HIM for the mess left in the drawers. I explained how the pics clearly showed piles of white powdery debris which is clearly drywall dust and had absolutely noting to do with a worker laying hardwood flooring in another room but she refused to take responsibility. I laid $180 for shoddy work and ended up having to clean them all myself just to be sure since I knew some for most definitely not cleaned. No refund offered. No apology. Not acceptable.

I was so grateful to be able to hire Superior Cleaning Service at the last minute to clean my mother-in-law’s 50+ home before we sold it. It was really dusty and dirty...they did an excellent job! They were very professional, kind, reasonably priced! Thank you!

These 3 women were workhorses, worked on our house for 5 hours without stopping. The house looked and smelled wonderful when they were done. Would not hesitate to recommend them or use their services again. Extremely reasonable also.

They didn’t finish the first afternoon but came back the next morning and took care of the remainder cheerfully for no additional cost. Hard workers and very thorough.

Superior cleaning service did an outstanding job. One concern was quikly resolved and the job went on as planned. I couldn't have been more satisfied. When they finished my house was gleaming! I do intend to use them again.

Hiring them was not a good experience. I thought the owner came off kind of rude and not very respectful. They showed up about an hour and a half late two of the three times they came. They forgot to clean the hardwood floors, there was still a lot of dust on the counters and the toilet was not touched. All of these were things that I paid them for. I really hate giving bad reviews but this really was a bad experience.

Missed appointments and hard to get in touch with management. The cleaning was great but without good customer service it's not a company I would want cleaning my house on a regular basis. Due to the poor customer service, I would not recommend this service to my family, friends, nor co-workers.

They did a pretty good job cleaning. Ana is very responsive via text and phone.

Superior cleaning service did an amazing job on my home. They did a move out clean, top to bottom and it looked amazing!! I would highly recommend them and will use them again for our rental properties and for routine cleaning of our current home.
