Came to house to discuss limited cleaning of our home prior to listing for sale. Was verbally quoted a price and we agreed. Date of service was canceled by them. Second date of service was canceled by me. Third date of service was canceled by then. Fourth date of service finally went through, though discount promised to me as a result of their cancelations was never applied. When the team arrived they attempted to change the agreed upon price stating window cleaning was not part of the agreement, when I pointed out that there is no way I would have agreed to the price if the team were only cleaning the kitchen cabinets. The guy finally agreed and the team were allowed to begin work. They did a good job. A few missed spots here or there but nothing major. All in all I would hire them again.

The ladies were right on time and finished as previously agreed, they were very professional and did a wonderful job.

I was never quoted a ptice. They did more than I requested. When I asled what theybwere aeked to do, they could not say. Should have talked to their supervisor about price. In the end I paid $300 felt taken advantage of However,the results of their work was 4 hrs, but very Good work! Place looked good!

I hired them for a one time clean which changed into a weekly cleaning. So far I am very pleased with the results. They are punctual, organized and do a great job!!

I needed help getting ready for a move......including getting rid of a lot of trash. Marivel (sp?) was FANTASTIC!! She worked continually and was a wonderful help!! If all the Superior Cleaners are as great as she, HIRE THEM!!

Outstanding; loved their work! Was impressed with the fact that they came to my house for an estimate prior to the actual cleaning. The day of cleaning they arrived about 10 minutes early and waited in the car until closer to their expected arrival time. I came upstairs to get something while they were cleaning and one of the ladies was on the floor scrubbing behind my commode. They also found my long lost fitbit, thank you ladies very much. Would highly recommend!

They came to my house a couple of times. The first time they were late but contacted me. The second or third time they were supposed to be st my place and didn’t hear from them. Contacted the owner and the person that was supposed to come contacted me that she was late (really?) after waiting for 3 hours they sent another crew which rush the cleaning which was good but not as great as before and I don’t blame them since they had to detour to get here. That messed up my entire day. I chose not to continue as I needed to get back to work and I needed reliability in the future as I could not just take off work so easily. They still did a good job for that reason I recommend them
