Superior Cleaning Service

They were 2 hours late, but did an excellent job once they arrived. Very pleasant, polite, and agreeable. Thorough, careful cleaners. I am fortunate to have had the time to wait for them. I would happily hire them again, but I would be careful with the timing. My reserved ratings result solely from their tardy arrival.

They left air freshners in the bathrooms. Nice touch. Floors a bit sticky, but it looks good. Window shades also dusted

I hired them to clean my rental after the tenant moved out. The place sparkled! I want hire the to clean my own home on a regular basis.

They showed up on time, went right to work and did more than I expected.

From our first meeting, I knew Ana and her team were different. For example, when she asked how I reached a certain ceiling fan, I assumed she was asking about cleaning the blades. My mistake, she was thinking how to get the globes off to wash. The next thing I know, she is lifting up the floor grates to be sure she can get them up to clean inside. In the last 14 yrs. we've had several cleaning companies but none did the job better than Superior. Thank you Ana and Team.

They worked non-stop. Hard working and excellent job!

They did a nice job, but could never keep the original date for my cleaning. They would always send an email changing it to another day. The last time I was to have them clean they said they would be a little late, but when it got to be 4:30 I cancelled. I was not at all happy with that type of management.

The employees were an hour late in arriving. I had received a phone call that said they would be a little late but it was a full hour late. The employees who came were very professional and did a verty good job. I will definitely have them clean for me again.

They were able to accommodate the time frame I needed.

This is a very professional Company. I called at 8:30 am and was able to get same day cleaning. They arrived at 10:00am. The employees worked very hard and very also very nice. The cleaning job was great and I am very happy and will continue to use this company.

The crew were efficient and friendly. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others. The cost was lower and the work better than other cleaning companies I have had in the past!

I selected this company based on reviews and referral by Home Advisor for a complete spring cleaning due to allergies. The work was thorough and completed in a timely manner. Ana was very prompt and thrust worthy. The employees were friendly and hard working. I will be asking Ana to return for monthly cleaning of my house to maintain it. Their price for the cleaning and return cleaning is acceptable and reasonable. My wife and I are very happy with the overall experience. Thank you ladies.

I'm not even sure where to start! They left my house just a short time ago and Jessica and her team were AWESOME!! It smells and looks so good in here! They clean EVERYTHING!! They cost a little more than others I got estimates from, but they do such a thorough cleaning it was well worth it!! I was just going to do a one time cleaning, but I think I'm going to have to go with at least monthly, possibly bi-weekly. Thank you Jessica, Ana, and your team!! Great customer service also!!! (P.S. Now I don't want everybody rushing out and hiring them ... I need time for them to come back to my house ;) )

Here is where the value of the review becomes plain. I called Ana and Superior Cleaning based on the reviews posted on the company’s website, and granted, no business is going to post the bad reviews, but it is not hard to tell the difference between a fluff review and a sincere one. I was struck by the folks who said that Ana and her team cleaned things that the home owner never expected, and do they ever! To give you an idea, in the 24 hours after Ana and her team conducted our initial home cleaning – a 6 hour job – there would be a period of silence in the house, my wife and I off doing our own thing in our various nooks, and a shout of, “Oh my God! They cleaned the <insert item here>!” would burst forth; “No way?!?” the reply, followed by a rush of footsteps to see the newly cleaned item. Small kitchen appliances looked fresh out of the box. Faucet nobs diamond glint. Even box fans sitting around were cleaned and the rolls of toilet paper “triangled” like a fancy hotel. What’s more, the house literally echoes. I’m sure there is a logical explanation for it –of course a vacant house will echo - but there was no negligible difference in furniture and/or clutter in our home before or after Superior came through. This is perhaps a point for which I should be ashamed, but certainly not so for Superior Cleaning. One could say our home now sings. I did think the initial flat fee estimate was pricey, but in hindsight, it was money well spent. I obtained competing estimates, and some were lower, but most of the competition charged hourly and did not meet Superior’s level of detail (they do windows!). With Ana, the estimate is the estimate. There is no doubt in my mind that if I had gone with a competitor, and they followed the same level of detail Superior did, I would have paid more. My only real complaint – Superior cleaned the grime off of the all the small home repairs I now need to make, but I look forward to this list growing. Thank you Superior Cleaning!
