She was reliable, on time, bought her own cleaning supplies and worked hard.

Scheduling was an issue initially, felt a need to be active in the process as when several are cleaning at once, things can be missed.

This was my first time - one time - cleaning. Anna was easy to work with and friendly. I will schedule a monthly cleaning.

It's tough to follow this company's schedule. First time they were late couple hours. Second time they were late couple days. Third time I booked an appointment with them. I waited two weeks, Mrs. Ana texted to me said they would come April 19th at 3:00. I replied I would wait for them. 4 o'clock passed, they didn't show up. I texted to Mrs. Ana. She replied to me at 8pm. Sorry I can't hire them any more.

I would give these ladies more than 5 stars if I could. I hired them to clean my daughter's townhouse so she could put it up for sale. They had a scheduling problem but when I explained I had to take off from work and my daughter was very pregnant and could not do it, they came all the way from Sykesville to Havre de Grace to keep their word. That house has never been so clean! They did a remarkable job and even stayed over their usual quitting time to complete it. Everything was spotless and the products they used made the whole place smell terrific. Anna and her crew took care of everything, even the oven, dishwasher, windows inside and out, everything! They even impressed my hard to please son in law with the attention to every detail. Price was very reasonable, in fact it was too low so I paid them extra for the extra time they put in .They were going to stick to their original estimate which was really too low. I can not say enough good things about them and I recommend them highly!

I tend to be critical of cleaning crews but this one was truly "Superior." They arrived with a step ladder and cleaned high and low; they cleaned behind furniture, bookcases, the fridge, wow! I was doubtful they'd be able to clean the grout in the shower but they did that too! Worth every penny. Looking forward to hiring them again.

incredible attention to detail. I told them of my famiilies terrible allergies provoked by dust. They were very thorough. It's the first housekeeper my husband has ever been complimentary of. I have now hired them regularly.

It was more than I thought and more than I was prepared to pay but I can't say that I am disappointed. They did everything I asked and more. A phenomenal job and I would hire them again.

The work itself was amazing. The issues I had were scheduling issues and then the crew was over an hour late due to traffic. Also, I thought the price was a bit steep but the cleaning exceeded my expectations so I would probably hire them again.

The ladies who cleaned my condo did a fabulous job, and I am very picky about cleaning. They were very polite and worked very hard making our home shine!!
