Description of Work: We had a total kitchen gut and remodel. Although they put up plastic to keep the dust out of our of the living areas it did not work. There were many problems with the work. The cabinet drawers were recessed and required special skill to install. The carpenter assigned did not possess that special skill. There were problems with the granite counter tops installation - holes were cut too big for kitchen faucet - water gets into cabinet below. The backsplash tile installation was inferior. We used small porcelen subway tiles that came in sheets. Many of the tiles are raised and not level with the other tiles. A sloppy job overall. We purchased an expensive exhaust fan to go under a custom made wood range hood that matched the cabinets, which were also custom made. The carpenter was unable to install the stainless steel lining under the hood, so the kitchen design person from the cabinet company had to do it. The fan connection to the outside was improperly installed and the contractor refused to come back and fix the problem. We had to hire another person to fix the problem - the outside hole for the vent and the piece that is supposed to fit the hole were not lined up properly and attached. We had to pay the cabinet company to come and align the recessed drawers and to fix the lazy susan doors. Overall we paid a lot of money to a contractor we hoped would be excellent and was recommended by the kitchen designer. It turned out to be just the opposite. The work was not to our satisfaction and the contractor failed to make us happy with the work of his company. We would not recommend this company to do any major kitchen remodels that included custom made cabinets and upscale finishes.

Description of Work: Added sunroom and deck. Later included concrete pad, new siding and gutters.
