I had taken my car initially to the Subaru dealer for an oil change and the brakes were squeeking. The dealer did the oil change but said not only were the front brakes bad, the rotors were bad, the stabilizer links needed replaced, the oil cooler was leaking and needed a reseal and the heat sheild needed to be tightened. the dealer quoted me $1300. 625 for the front brakes and rotors. I know little about a car but I thought that 625 for front brakes and rotors was a bit outrageous. I looked up auto service shops in the area on angies list. Rick answered the phone right away. Listened to what i had to say. He was busy so he called me back to give me an estimate of what he thought it would cost. He called me back when he said he would and it was about half of what the dealer quoted. We scheduled the appointment and then ordered all the materials based on what we discussed so they were already there for my appointment. He even dropped me off at work. Around lunch time he called me back and said the car did not need rotors, so that saved me even more money! The stabilizer links were bad in both the front and the back. He was extremely responsive did not replace items that i did not need. I would definately use him again.

They did the routine service as well as took care of some issues I had noticed. They were aware of the problems on my Chrysler Town and Country through service bulletins from the manufacturer. These were corrected during the regular service and the car was ready on time. As always they provide confident service in a timely fashion.

We have been referring friends here and they come back thanking us for letting them know. He has fixed problems which no one else could, and done it for less. Rick is a pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgable, and honest. His prices are excellent and much better than anywhere else. He always has a nice stable of foreign cars there, and has a large following of loyal and pleased BMW owners as well. You need to look no further. You are in good hands.

Very pleased. We started taking our other car there. They do a very comprehensive evaluation of the vehicle and provide a very detailed explanation of what is wrong and what needs to be done to correct it. They give you the option to proceed with the work or not, and whether it is urgent or not. This is one of the key reasons that I feel they are somewhat unique and have a professional approach to their customers. The price up front is the price you end up paying. They show you a detailed print out of your car and show you what is wrong with it.
