The job was fantastic. Mario and his partner completed the job almost a day ahead of time. They worked clean fast. Brook and Bill from the office were very pleasant to work with during the entire process. From start to finish, our project went smoothly. We had some signs of water in our basement after moving in and wanted to make sure it was taken care of before we finished the living areas. Scheduling was hassle free, and the sales rep was easy to work with. He was thorough and honest with what was needed vs. not needed. The installation crew showed up on time, completed the work as agreed to, and cleaned up well upon completion. I'd absolutely recommend Budget Waterproofing in the future!

I have yet to get a response from Budget wether or not they will come replace the window well or build an awning to help prevent the well from filling up with rain water and running over. I have glass brick windows so I feel water will not enter the basement, it just hurts me so because they did such a good job in my other 2 window wells and left with this half done job. The installers knew the well was too large for my window, they told me, I told them, you have already dug the hole, ok, just make sure you come back and put one in that is supposed to be here. Promise was made, never seen anything since. No one answers my text or calls. Very disappointed. Will never,never tell anyone to use them. I’ve contacted a contractor, he will make me an awning to cover this window well and I’ll send the bill to budget. I’m tired of every rain I have to take my pump out to pump out the 6 inches of water !

Having used Budget Waterproofing's services in the past and being very happy with their work, I hired them again to install backup batteries for my sump pumps. They are easily reachable and very responsive, quickly setting up a consultation. The job was completed shortly after that same week; efficiently and at a reasonable price. I plan to continue using their services if any potential work is done in the future.

Great Job. They came and had to tear out the sloppy job another company done and came back numerous times to so call fix it and it only got worse . Finally the time came to hire another company to tear it all out and do it right. After speaking to several companies . We went with Budget waterproofing. They came out and tore out the crappy job other company did and redid the whole system . I was amazed how bad the other work was when they showed me after they tore up the cement. After they was done they cleaned up behind them and the work was Great. Upon raining hard several weeks later. We was concerned as with other company work always failed and we got flooded basement. After Budget came and redid it the right way. We have yet to have any issues and very Thankful to them and the work they done. Would tell anyone to use them. Thanks Budget.

With $6000 I haven’t get an new sump pump & twice I call them they declined they lifetime warranty in the contract & asking $4900 be careful this company is greedy heartless

I needed to get my crawlspace encapsulated. Budget Waterproofing undercut the 3 other firms I contacted and received quotes from by almost 50%! Their quote was much more in line with the average cost I expected to pay based on research. The install was quick and tidy, and the crew was prompt and courteous. They did a great job. I was away for three weeks in September, and I returned home to find that water had come into my basement family room in my absence. The carpet and underlying pad were both saturated along the front wall, which is 8 feet below ground level and underneath the concrete front porch. My son helped me move the furniture and pulled back the carpet. The pad needed to be cut away 6 feet from the wall and the blackened tack strips and baseboard needed to be removed. We tried several solutions to the problem, but water continued to enter the basement during a heavy rain. I realized I needed professional help, and I arranged for three waterproofing companies to come to the house, assess the problem, propose a solution, and give me an estimate of the cost. Budget Waterproofing Inc. was the third estimate I received. The company representative, Robert Bollinger, arrived exactly at the scheduled time. His explanation of the problem and his solution was by far the best of the three. He proposed installing a Subfloor Draintile System along two walls, which the other two companies had also proposed. But instead of installing a sump pump in the family room, as proposed by the other two companies, he suggested a gravity flow, which consisted of extending the drain tile through the back wall and underground to a slope in the backyard. The only downside of that plan was that the drain would necessitate breaking a corner of my patio which would have to be recemented. I was very much in favor of avoiding having a sump dump in my home, so I decided I would accept this plan. I have lived in this house for 33 years and have never needed a pump in the past. Budget Waterproofing's estimate for this work was more that $1000 less that the other two estimates. I chose to contract with them for work to be done the second week in January. The company would provide a transferable warranty against groundwater intrusion for the life of the structure. On January 15, 2019, Jose, the foreman of the crew, called to let me know when he would be arriving that day, which I very much appreciated. Throughout the job he was very congenial and most courteous, and he always kept me informed of his progress. Best of all, Jose said he could take the drain out the side wall of the basement and would not have to damage the patio. During the first day, my son stopped by to confer with Jose about when to reinstall the carpeting and about the thickness of the new concrete. Jose fully explained all aspects of the job to him, and my son was very satisfied with the work being performed. Jose and his assistant hung plastic sheeting from the ceiling to minimize the dust created by digging a trench in the concrete floor. In less than two days, the crew of two completed the installation and had very neatly recemented the floor over the system. All debris was removed and the floor was swept. The outside work was complicated by 8 inches of snow on the ground. They had to shovel a path from the driveway to the rear of the house. Jose did what he could to minimize the damage to my lawn, as the ground was very wet. There is a slope on the side of the house which had to be continuously traversed and the pathway did get somewhat muddy, but it is looking much better now. When the trench for the drain was dug across the lawn to the hill, the soil was shoveled onto a tarp and the sod was preserved and replaced. Any leftover soil was hauled away. Before leaving, the foreman gave me a folder containing the lifetime warranty and detailed instructions for caring for the area "after the job." I am very pleased with the work that was performed and the efficient way in which it was done. I would highly recommend this company and the foreman, Jose. I give them an A-plus rating.
