They arrived and worked quickly, and accomplished everything I requested.

Everyone I dealt with was very polite and knowledgeable. Setting the appointment was a bit difficult. I had to call them twice to establish the appointment time. They said they would look at the schedule and get back to me. I would have been happier if I could have made the appointment the first time I called. It sounded to me like maybe they were overwhelmed with clients. Julio and his crew did a wonderful job. They not only did what I asked but suggested other things as well. They were very knowledgeable about the plants in my yard and how they should be cut for the Winter. The on-site crew did a great job!

The cleanup went beautifully! By the time they were done, there wasn't a stray leaf or twig to be seen.

Job was done satisfactorily.

The big deal did not include enough labor hrs to complete job. I agreed verbally with the company foreman to complete the job. I should have requested the estimate in writing before allowing more work outside of the big deal. When I received the final invoice it was way over the amount verbally estimated. Finally I had to negotiate the final amount in order to be in line with the verbal estimate.

Mulberry Bush Landscaping came to pull up ivy in my yard. The guy that came out was efficient and did exactly what I asked. I was very happy with the results. I purchased the $199 Big Deal, which was the ony way I could afford 4 hours worth of yard work. I was happy enough with the results, service, working within my schedule etc, to use them again. The worker that came arrived within expected time frame, and did a great job. The owner, Joe Gibbs always follows up, asks how the work went, and tries to work within your schedule.

The workers arrived on time and without an apparent difficulty in finding my location. They backed up their work truck in close proximity to my wood piles and got right to work after some brief discussion. In addition to clearing the yard debris piles, they ran leaf blowers to expose the ivy and then used powerful weed eaters to cut the ivy in the unwanted locations. They also provided advice about how to eradicate the remaining vines and minimize regrowth: Roundup Extended Control. Two workers put in a solid 2 hours of work to accomplish the yard clean up. This was beyond what I could handle by myself and I am pleased with the job they did. The only negative I noticed after they left was that their truck was leaking oil and some got in my yard (no worries) and driveway (more concerning, but only a few spots). I hope that has been fixed.

We bought a Deal but ended up getting a refund because they were unable to schedule the work by the time we needed it done.

The service was excellent. They showed up on time, followed through after the service to make sure I was happy. The crew that worked on my job was hard working, professional, competent and friendly. Would definitely use them again.

I periodically went out to check on progress, ask questions, and point out little things -- all greeted respectfully by the boss and the workers.

They came out in a timely manner and worked until it got too dark to work. They came back two days later to finish up with they had started. I was very pleased with their workmanship.

The company arrived on time and trimmed the tree in front of our townhouse, pulled weeds, planted blub, mulched, trimmed the hedges, planted potted plants in planters and cleaned up the leaves in front and behind the house. We provided the plants, bulbs, and mulch. They performed the labor and did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again in the spring.

It went fine. They did a good on their assigned tasks. They were honest and the job was executed well. There could have been a little better communication.

They did some work for me and I was relatively satisfied. They were decent, professional people. It was one of those deals where the deal amount did not cover the amount of work that was done and extra were applied for labor.

Overall the service was good. The company had to return for a second visit which is why the service cost an additional $200. Mulberry was backed up because of the number of responses to your offer.

The company representative was professional when I called to make the appointment. He called me in advance when they realized they would start a few minutes late. The crew leader was very professional and answered all my questions and explained what they exactly what they would be able to do in the time allotted. They completed everything!

It took a while for the owner to connect with me - sounded as though he was a bit overwhelmed by the response to the Big Deal. The services provided we fine (not exceptional, not horrible), but initially, all of the debris was left in my front yard. I had to call and ask him to send someone back over to bag the debris. The owner was not initially a fan of the idea and told me that I would have to purchase the bags required for the debris. My $200 purchase price should have entitled me to a couple of bags for the debris. By the time I got home, the debris had been picked up. Again, not an awful experience - just a bit more challenging than I would have expected.

I have a small yard, but was in need of assistance to get it prepped for spring planting. The Mulberry crew made everything look great in no time. It would have taken me at least double the time to accomplish what they did. I plan to use them each spring for my post-winter clean-up.

While the crew was two hours late arriving at my house, they did the work, as promised. The owners of the company spoke with me and we were able to get all of the work accomplished in the time allotted.

We paid more than the big deal offer because we asked them to stay longer to get more accomplished. Overall, a job well done.

I gave them a check on July 22, 2012. They contacted me one day asking if they could come out, but I did not return their call since I would not be home until late. When I showed up later that night, they were at my house. They did not set up a plan for me and said they would plant three trees that I had requested, but with no plan set in stone. They then requested another $5000 to get started, which I then requested they leave. They have yet to plant any trees at my house and still have $1000 of mine with no work completed. She told me that I have to follow her partner around if I want my money back. I have tried several times to contact the partner, but his mailbox if full and I have no way of contacting him.

He couldn't give a definite answer about how much it will cost. After the coupon there is going to be an additional fee for extra work. Nothing was in detail. On the coupon it said hauling away but when I called him he said the coupon doesn't include hauling. I asked him if I could purchase another coupon from Angie's List for the additional work and he said no I would pay him directly. I don't think he's being honest.

Called them, they made an appointment in a timely fashion, they came and spent more than the allotted time and did a beautiful job. I was very impressed with the work they did and was more than satisfied.
