DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give this company zero stars I would. We had the WORST experience of our lives. We hired this company to move us out of state from Md to Florida. It was a horrendous experience from beginning to end. They Are LIERS, CROOKS, and they should be OUT OF BUSINESS!!! The problem started from the moment they came to pick up our furniture. The driver realized that we had not used the cubic square feet in the truck that we were quoted, and we used Less. He called the dispatcher to tell her before we had to pay and she advised him to NOT give us a discount and NOT to tell us. Thank God that the driver was honest enough to tell us the truth. They have no ethics as a business or as human beings. Starting From the owner "Israel" The day of my move, I was greeted in Florida by this moving company with ONE hired employee of Roadway Van lines. Apparently this ONE driver/employee of the company was instructed to pick up a Professional crew to make the trip. He decided NOT to pick up a professional crew, Instead, he picked up his girlfriend and her son. A skinny 18 year child and take a joy ride to Florida. All three of them were on drugs, looked like they hadn't slept in days and reeked of alcohol. I was literally in tears from the moment I saw this "crew" attempt to unload the truck. We had expensive and fragile furniture that we paid extra to the company to properly wrap and Crate to prevent damage. They showed up for this job which was a three bedroom home move with ONE hand truck! We had to borrow a second dolly from our building!!!! Can you imagine??!!!! The moment we saw who showed up I immediately called the company for help, These people were belligerent, ghetto and aggressive. We were advised to call the police by the management of our building because they witnessed their AGGRESSIVE behavior toward us. After 30 failed phone calls, texts and emails to Roadway Van Lines, We had no choice but to let these people unload our furniture and attempt to finish the job. I called every number I had from the dispatcher to customer service. EVERY SINGLE ONE of my phone calls was sent to voicemail. Not one person the entire day ever responded. After 4 hours of trying, we finally were able to track down the owner of the company "Israel" and get him on the phone. We sent him pictures of the drivers and the situation, and asked him if these were employees of his company? He responded... NO!!! He told us we could tell them to leave and he would send us a local crew to finish the job. Of course that NEVER HAPPENED. We were so alarmed and concerned at how they were treating our personal belongings that we started helping them unload the truck!! One of the drivers attempted to move a custom-made marble table by himself as I begged him not too. I told him that it was fragile and It needed two strong people to move. He assured me "he knew what he was doing", and broke the table in half right in front of me!!! A job they would've taken 3 hours with 2 professional men. Took 10 hours, With us having to help and the chief engineer of our building also having to assist! What a joke! The contract states that the service we paid for included-Unloading, Unwrapping and Reassembling our furniture. LITERALLY, none of these things happened! WE unwrapped, unloaded and assembled all of our own furniture after being utterly exhausted from the experience. For weeks after this horrendous experience we tried to resolve this matter with the owner. To be reimbursed for the table they broke Along with not giving us the service we paid for and clearly breaching the contract. The owner avoided every single one of the phone calls and I fought us every step of the way. HOW DISGUSTING!! NO SHAME OR MORALS!!! We wasted months trying to get this resolved or be reimbursed at the very least. At the end we ended up with the most horrible experience of our lives, paying for a move and service that we didn't receive and losing Irreplaceable personal items. Worst of all, the stress and grief they caused us is beyond words. They are UNETHICAL CROOKS!!!
