My experience was horrible. I was scheduled to move on a Tuesday. But, the movers never showed up on the scheduled date. When I called that day to find out what had happened, I was told my job was cancelled. So, I rescheduled it for the following day. The movers arrived on Wednesday and had a garage, an office and all of our furniture to pack and move. Due to the one day lag, we had personally moved all of the loose items to include all closets, knick-knacks and kitchen pantry, plates, pots etc. I estimated what was left to take about 4 hours. The moving team stretched our small move to eight hours and had to make two trips. They did not wrap any of our valuables and just threw it all in boxes as is. They damaged at least 3 pieces of furniture and though I have been calling the company since the movers were at my house a week ago, I have yet to hear back from a company rep. I am unable to reach my original scheduler nor get action from the customer relations person.
