House was cleaned OK. The first time, her workers used my good kitchen towels to clean the kitchen floor with, even though I had provided them with ample paper towels. Then they left with my kitchen towels. I didn't complain. The 2nd time the same thing happened--they used my good kitchen towels for cleaning purposes and then packed them up and left with them. This time I complained to the owner who was working along with the two workers each time. She contacted the workers who said the towels were all messed up and weren't worth returning. The owner apologized and purchased a new set of towels for me.

She was mostly unresponsive, and she finally emailed me late at night to tell me she could come the next day. I think I'll try to find someone more reliable.

The cleaning crew was punctual and professional. The cleaning was meticulous and complete. I was very impressed with this service and the company. A great value for the level of work that they do with move out/move in cleaning.

I highly recommend LCS for any household cleaning. I first used LCS when I was moving from my old house. They did a magnificent job cleaning that old decrepit house and stayed until it was done. I have since been using LCS at my new home. Luciana is an extremely hard worker and is always busy with the tasks at hand. She is quite versatile and will tackle jobs not normally done by other maid services such as rug steaming, furniture assembly and garage reorganization. Her excellent command of English made it easy for me to describe required tasks. Whatever I write here is not enough to describe quality of their cleaning services.

Luciana and Ana both came to my new home on Labor Day and did a FANTASTIC job. I had a contractor come over while they were cleaning. He moved the washer to look behind it and Luciana even voluntarily cleaned behind it despite my protests!! They were AWESOME!! Highly recommend!!

Excellent! I forgot what it was like to have a clean house. My wife and I are pretty overwhelmed and Luciana was able to get things looking like they used to. I can't say enough good things about Luciana and her team. Just a really wonderful group of ladies who worked incredibly hard and did an outstanding job.

Three ladies arrived on time, they were very punctual and polite. They worked hard and cleaned the house from top to bottom. The baseboards, floors, shelves, everything is spotless, they even had time to clean the fridge and the oven. I was very impressed when I walked in. I would definitely hire this company again. Totally worth the cost!

I bought/used the 199 move in/move out deal from angie's list. The cleaners were about 30 min late but that wasn't that big of a deal to me. The 2 women worked diligently cleaning the entire house top to bottom. They house wasn't very dirty to start with but the previous owners had 2 cats (someone in our family is allergic) so we wanted to get it cleaned regardless. They vacuumed, mopped, wiped baseboards, wiped inside the windows, the refrig, the stove, wiped the cabinets inside & out and did the bathrooms. Everything looked great after they left but again, it really wasn't too bad to start with. But, they worked hard for almost 3 hours and I was just so happy I decided to hire it out rather than do it myself. It did smell of cleaning products after they left but to me, that just meant my house was CLEAN. :) I did have to provide paper towels and trashbags for them but that wasn't a big deal. I'm pretty picky and I think they did a great job.

Luciana and her crew did a great job with all aspects of the cleaning-- from communicating to us after we bought a deal, to the actual cleaning itself. She was pleasant to talk with and they did a great job. We will be calling her back again.

My place wasn't a disaster/dirty/cluster to begin with but felt I needed a deep clean. I found Luciana Cleaning Services on Angie's List and I was NOT disappointed. I almost didn't want to even walk into my place last night as it was so clean. I can't thank her and her employee(s) enough for the effort and great work. Luciana was very easy to deal with, friendly and delivered as promised. I will definitely be using her services for a continued service to my condo! Thank you again!!

We hired Luciana Cleaning Services to clean our townhouse. Two employees came in a little early, asked what areas of the house needed to be cleaned first and started right away. Some time later, Luciana joined them. Overall, the did a great job. Every little corner, every shelf, floors, bathrooms, etc. were spotless and shiny. Mirrors and windows were cleaned as well as appliances. They got under every couch, dresser and shelf. We have hardwood floors and area rugs. The floors were mopped and the rugs were vacuumed. With the exception of books, all items on all shelves were moved and wiped and the shelves dusted. They didn't put everything back on the shelves in the exact order, but we could not expect them to remember every detail. Bathrooms were left spotless -- toilets, bathtubs, floors -- all got a good cleaning. In the kitchen, they cleaned not just the counters and floors, but wiped the big appliances, small appliances, cabinets, knife holder and the microwave. The stove deserved a separate wow -- the surface looked polished! They ran out of time for the basement, but that was not an essential part of the cleaning, though I imagine they would have done an amazing job there as well. Two minor things worth mentioning. 1. Due to some software error they didn't contact us for scheduling and we had to call them ourselves, but they explained the reason for not calling and scheduled for a date and time that was convenient for us. We thought it was reasonable. 2. They use a lot was cleaners. The house had a chemical smell after they left and had to be aired out. This was not unexpected of course, but if you are sensitive to chemical smell, you need to be aware of this. However, you could probably provide the cleaners that you are okay with for them to use. For example, one of our bathtubs has a non-slip surface that requires special, non-abrasive cleaner in order to retain its properties. We asked them to use it and they had no problem with our request. Regardless of these two minor things, we are very happy with the performance and the results of Luciana Cleaning Services and are considering hiring them again in the future. If you want a thoroughly cleaned house, we recommend them.

It went very well. I purchased the big deal for 89.00 for 2 hrs of cleaning. She and her assistant were prompt courteous and professional. My house shined after they were done. About 15 minutes before the two hours were up we negotiated an extra $20 fee for her to finish. She does accept credit cards, but charges a $5 fee to process a credit card payment.

Two ladies came and worked for two hours. Cleaned 2 half bath, one full bath, kitchen. They were very friendly and pleasant to work with.

Luciana was very responsive to our scheduling request. We pointed out our areas of primary concern for cleaning, and the crew of two worked efficiently and cleaned thoroughly. We were pleased, so we tipped the cleaners.

House was cleaned very well. Would consider using in the future.

I will be unable to use the service as they cannot do the work in the time I need.

Luciana responded quickly to my call and was able to come and clean our condo on short notice. A cleaning team came and started to work right away. Windows were cleaned, floors mopped, rugs vacuumed, kitchen surfaces, stove top, appliance exteriors, and sink were cleaned. Pictures and paintings were dusted, bathroom was cleaned, trash was taken out. Overall, great service and I will recommend them.

They did a good job. They were really nice, friendly, thorough and called me on their way over to let me know they were coming. I didn't spend more than the $89. I think the price was awesome.

We hired them due to the many great reviews here on Angie's list, and although there were one or two negative reviews, they appeared to lack credibility and Luciana took the time to address the specific comments. Overall a great experience and Luciana did a great job. Luciana arrived early: They pulled up 10 mins prior to their scheduled arrive time (8am) to get their gear and equipment ready. They started cleaning exactly at 8am (if not a minute or two prior). They did a thorough job for 2 hours straight (4 labor hours total per the deal) and about 40 mins before the end they checked with my wife about priority areas to make sure were clean by the end of the 2 hours. They were professional and courteous, and we will not hesitate to hire them again.

Angie List was running a special for $89 cleaning service. The gui lets you pick 3 different dates in inwhich you may request service. I thought that was good. Within the instructions section I picked two methods of contact. Work phone/cell phone. They ignored my instructions and decided to email me via Angie List (not too big of a deal-but I noticed most vender count on you not reading your email), it was the content of the email that got to me. "..thanks for purchasing our cleaning deal. For this week I guess we are busy unless someone give up? how about next week...monday probably? thanksThanks, Luciana Cleaning Services" <--exact quote The reason I have a problem with that email, is that they let me select those dates, and took my cash. If the dates were not available they should not been selectable. I feel that they should have no problem refunding my cash. I requested a refund. They have not yet replied. I'm really good about updating reviews..so if this does not change to (they gave me my cash back)…then they did not. And you may want to think about that before you exchange any amount of money with them. OH…and I'm not one of those people that love to author bad reviews…I love to spread the word about a good company. If you know any…please be sure to give them a review…it really helps me.
