Scheduling was difficult with them. They were late. I didn't think that they did a great job. Two people were here for two hours.

Luciana and her team do an excellent job with cleaning the house. They are punctual, efficient and provide a great service at an excellent value. I've used them multiple times since the initial Angie's List purchase and would refer them to others!

Two women showed up on time and worked steadilly for a bit over 2 hours. I purchased a Big Deal for 4 hours of cleaning and they gave me more. They cleaned my house, upstairs and downstairs, very well, and left it clean and shiny. The only blemish (B for Professionalism) is because they used up a roll of our paper towels without asking. Perhaps that's being too finicky but other than that they were nearly perfect.

Overall it went well. I haven't had anyone clean my house but me in years and we just moved so It needed help. However they moved things into cabinetsome that I couldn't find later until I began searching for them. It smelldd clean and looked great after they left.

Luciana and her team communicated with me to secure a time that would work best for me and her team. They arrived in a timely manner. They provided thorough cleaning throughout my home. Luciano and her team took their time to do an excellent cleaning job. I was impressed with her attention to the job and interest in doing a great job for me, as her client. I would highly recommend her for future cleaning services. She showed expertise in managing her team and in providing cleaning services.

Arrived on time, did a very good job cleaning. I would most certainly recommend them and use them again.

Communication was great! They were a little bit late but kept me informed the whole time. I appreciated the responsiveness and communication. They also did a wonderful job cleaning the house - they swooped in and made quick work of everything. The house smelled amazing.

Luciana sent three very nice and competent people who did a great job. There was an unexpected plumbing problem, and the ladies jumped in and helped me clean up before any damage was done. I was very happy with their work and also with their professionalism.

Service provider was prompt and the two people who arrived coordinated the priorities of what we wanted done.

They arrived 10 minutes early and did a very decent job except that they neglected to vacuum the carpeting on the steps. The owner and I went back and forth about this, and she kindly offered to have the girls come back, but that didn't work out with my schedule, so I had to return to the house and vacuum the steps before putting it up for sale. Otherwise, I thought they did a fine job, and I probably would use them again.

Luciana Cleaning Services were prompt and thorough in cleaning my apartment for move out. I was very pleased with their work and efficiency. My (former) landlord also had no complaints as my move out was processed. I would definitely use this company again.

The job was done well for this 40 year old townhome. This is my 2nd time using the company. They took care to clean inside the oven and refrigerator. Luciana the owner contacted me via text and angies messages to arrange a time and to coordinate cleaning. Overall job well done. It smelled clean and looked clean.

I purchased the Move-Out deal that Luciana Cleaners was offering. I have never used a cleaner to clean a house before. The team is great at being in communicating, always responsive. They let me know what I need to have there and we scheduled a time. We did reschedule the service the first time due to the snow, but they texted/called me so we could work it out. It was rescheduled to the next week. The team was 30 minutes late but they kept in contact to let me know the status of arrival. They were professional and really nice. After they arrived we went up to the condo, showed them where everything was, and when I came home the place was cleaner than it been in some time! They did everything - oven, refrigerator, bathroom, floors, windows. They did an amazing job! I would definitely hire them again.

Had to many communication issues so I went with another company that is also highly rated on Angie's List.

The team was fantastic. My house has never been cleaner. They were much better than any other housecleaning service I've ever used before. I'll definitely use them again.
