They were on time. I was very pleased with the work. The ladies went over and above what I expected. I will use their service again.

I had to ask several times for them to clean the fridge. This was a priority for me and something I asked Luciana to tell her team but did not seem to be conveyed. For cleaning the fridge she wiped a sponge around the items in the fridge, didn't take anything out or move it just cleaned around the items. I do not consider this cleaning inside the fridge.

The ladies were punctual, VERY nice and professional. They made every effort to make sure that I was happy with the service that was provided, and I was happy, for the most part. In addition, the owner specifically told me to make sure that I was satisfied before they left and I appreciated that and take responsibility for not being more thorough in my review of the work performed. It is my fault that I did not check everything thoroughly before they left. My condo was a mess because there was stuff everywhere and the movers where coming immediately after my cleaning appointment to move my stuff into the condo, so my mind was all over the place. The only rooms that I asked them to clean were the bathrooms, the master bedroom and the kitchen because were empty. While unpacking I noticed small stuff like the top of the refrigerator not being wiped clean and I honestly can't remember what else (at this time) so to be fair to the cleaning company, I stop there. In summary, I would definitely use them again, I would just go behind them more thoroughly to make sure that everything I want cleaned is cleaned to my satisfaction.

They were very good. They did most things that I required. There were a few things after they left that I realized that they didn't do or didn't do as well as I would have liked. My interactions with them was fine but I didn't follow them around and watch them. There is also a communication issue, they don't know how to speak English and so, that is an issue. I find that with a lot of the cleaning companies. I didn't spend more for their services but they didn't stay for the full time. They acted as if they were finished and I thought that they were finished. I let them go and then realized that they really had not done a thorough job. They were pretty responsive. I would use them in future but, it wouldn't be my first choice.

Luciana got me on the schedule quickly after I called and was very good about keeping me informed about what was going on. The only reason I gave them a B for punctuality instead of an A was because they were technically late but that was understandable because the weather was bad that day so the traffic was atrocious. Even so, Luciana kept me updated, letting me know that her team was running behind because of traffic. I would use them again.

Cleaning crew members (two ladies) showed up on time and were very friendly. They performed all requested cleaning services inside the house and did a very good job. Was very satisfied when cleaning job was completed. Only drawback was the crew members' VERY limited level of English proficiency. They tried their best to understand; had to utilize the Google Translate app more than once. It's common knowledge that the labor pool for this industry has a high incidence of ESOL speakers, but LCS should consider providing language training for their employees. Good companies provide training benefits for employees. If the LCS employees improve their English skills, they become better employees for their customers and LCS then becomes a better company!

The company was to provide 6 hours of Housecleaning, per the deal. Also per the deal, the fine print stated "please mention any special requests when scheduling your cleaning." My special request included "don't clean inside drawers or cabinets, & please vacuum & mop all hard/tile floors." The upstairs was at least cleaned better than the basement. There appeared to have been too much time spent on organizing items in closets & drawers. I have a lot of medical supplies near my bed. They didn't move the items to vacuum. The basement was left in very bad condition. I'm basically living on both levels of my home because I'm waiting for my handicap elevator lift to be repaired. They cleaned my house on Wednesday 2/24 & I stayed in my basement that Sunday 2/28. When I checked the cleaning in the basement, the coffee pot still had coffee grinds in it & the pot had not been washed. The dusting had barely been done anywhere; the window sill was full of dust. The tile floor didn't look vacuum & I am pretty sure it wasn't mopped. The bathroom still had a pee smell & the commode splash guard wasn't clean. The biggest thing that I could tell was done was the shifting of items from one place to another or turning the items in a different direction. One big problem with the workers in this company is their inability to understand what is being said. When they arrived, I briefed them on some things I wanted done. Then I asked if they understood. I was told "yes". At the end it was obvious that they had not understood. I think a person who understand English should come with the group that is going to do the cleaning.

Totally amazing! Quick to respond by email to my questions. Available when I needed her even though on short notice. And on time and went above and beyond the job I asked. Excellent cleaning. Worked so hard and were so pleasant. I will definitely use this service again and again!

I used more than the time initially paid for but needed all areas completed and received a discount on additional hours needed. Will definitely use again.

This is the second time I have used this cleaning service for my home. This time I took advantage of an Angie's List special for 9 hours of cleaning for $225. I needed a quick turnaround (about a week after purchase) so I called the service on the 2nd day after purchasing on Angie's List. The owner made sure to explain that this was for 3 hours of cleaning by 3 cleaners (which was consistent with my prior experience with cleaning advertisements. She was also willing to accommodate my preferred date, but advised that it would need to be late in the day due to other scheduled commitments. I appreciated this since I had a carpet cleaning scheduled the next day that would be difficult to move. Luckily, she called the day prior to the service to say she could come in the morning due to a cancellation. I was told to have trash bags and paper towels, but had to ask what I needed to provide. This should be something mentioned during the initial contact in case someone needs to buy these items. The 3 ladies arrived at my home promptly at 8 am and got to work after a brief conversation. I had to leave after they arrived, but the person I left at the home with them called to say they were doing a good job. :-) I agreed with this assessment once I saw the results. To say they had to clean my 3 level home in 3 hours (which had not been professionally cleaned in a year mind you), they did a really good job! My bathrooms were sparkling as were my kitchen appliances. I also loved the vacuum lines on my fabric upholstered furniture and the dust was gone even from the ceiling fans. I plan to hire them again for more periodic cleanings.

Luciana was amazing. I contacted Luciana and described the situation-- needed very deep cleaning quickly -- and received a reply and quote promptly. We set up the date -- and then came the blizzard. I was worried that the snow would mess up their schedule but Luciana was able to come as promised. She gave me a time window and arrived on time. She texted me to let me know they were on their way. Everything was cleaned to perfection. If she could not get something perfect (mostly because it was worn), she explained why. Luciana and her assistant worked quickly and in 3 hours the apartment iwent from grubby to sparkling. I am proud to turn over the keys to my new tenant. Highly recommend Luciana.

They were great. I needed someone quickly before the holidays they worked me in showed up on time and did more than I expected to be done in the amount of time they had.

It was okay. My interaction with them was difficult because of language. The work turned out okay. There was miscommunication between the cleaners and the owners. That was one of the communication issues.

After I purchased the deal I was able to get them here in less than a week, she was very flexible with the schedule. The team was great that did the cleaning, very nice and respectful. My house does not have a lot of clutter but needed all surfaces to be dusted, along with the bathrooms cleaned and hardwood mopped of course they did more. I never knew how much shiner everything could be with just that completed. Give me twice the amount of time and I still would not have been able to do everything they did. I would recommend and will use them again in the future.

They came in and wiped down the place from top to bottom. Cleaned Fridge and Oven, Thank you!! fyi. Yes, I got my deposit back. Well worth the cost!!!
