Description of Work: Luciana and her cleaning team arrived promptly at 8am (as scheduled), and even called to let me know that they may be a little late due to traffic. Luciana also confirmed the cleaning time multiple times to ensure we were on track for May 28th. My house was spotless when they were finished. The only thing I needed to provide were paper towels and trash bags. I would definitely recommend Luciana Cleaning Services to anyone.

Description of Work: Was very responsive and communicative throughout. Very flexible and accommodating. Had 3 main areas I wanted to clean including my laundry room which was a disaster. The crew went above and beyond in the laundry room. Not only was this filthy room cleaned but they also reorganized it, which was a delightful surprise. It has given me such peace of mind to have this room cleaned. They did a great job with kitchen but I wished they spent more time cleaning the floor. Bathrooms were cleaned satisfactorily though again wished floors and tubs shined even more. Overall, good service and Luciana is very personable.

Description of Work: They gave rules that they will not climb to clean so high counters where not cleaned and then they do not clean furnitures. I could tolerate their rules and let it go but the service they agreed to offer was poorly done. There was cobwebs underneath the counters, some places they did not clean, door frames were dusty, in general their service was poor.
