Description of Work: Cleaned the entire house except unfinished basement. They were late but called in advance to let me know. They did a pretty good job but did not empty all of the trash cans.

Description of Work: I requested their cleaning service because I was 9months pregnant. The cleaners arrived in the agreed time slot. But based on my previous experience with previously used cleaning companies, everything did not go well... I was very disappointed. |I paid $119 for 4hrs to clean my town home but instead they sent 2 people to clean for 2 hrs... Well they accomplished to clean less in 2hrs... I would have rather one person for the 4 hrs. I'm sure it won't take more than 4 hrs for one person to clean my entire home and probably might have accomplished more.... |They said they could only clean a portion of my town house and still couldn't do a good job cleaning the little they did. The tiles in the shower and the floor were not cleaned properly. The kitchen appliances were not cleaned properly as well as the furnitures.. I took pictures and sent them to the owner of the business. |My home was not cluttered at all. It was clear of any obstacle. It was organized. Plus, they need to invest in dusting/cleaning rags, instead of having the customer provide paper towels that they use like I bought it for 50cents. I would have rather provided the rags instead of wasting paper towels. |I was hoping to start a routine cleaning but with the job they did, I won't be seeking that unfortunately.... |I'm extremely disappointed but I have since found a different company that does a wonderful job and clean my entire house routinely with the same amount of manpower and within the time slot. |

Description of Work: I called a couple of weeks in advance to see if they could fit in a cleaning close to Christmas. And they did. They fit me in on a day they had regularly scheduled clients so they were a bit late in arriving, but they did a wonderful job and stayed as late as it took to complete the job. I really appreciated the effort. And they always do extra things. Another greatly appreciated effort.

Description of Work: Luciana and her team did a fantastic job on my home. They did arrive a little late, but I was informed in advance and kept up to date on their approximate arrival. Once they arrived, they got right down to work and were able to clean our entire house within the allotted time frame. I will definitely be using in the future.

Description of Work: Appt was 1o'clock and they arrived at 3. I specifically asked to have my kitchen cabinets doors cleaned. Lucianna called me and said they did not have time to do them I insisted and they finally cleaned them.
