Took our deposit and did not show up for the job! Double booked with another job at the same time and did not call, respond to emails or attempt to resolve the failure to show. Have consulted my attorney to file suit for r restitution. Would not recommend to anyone and definitely shouldn't be in business! Unreliable, unprofessional and if this is the reputation of businesses endorsed by Home Advisor, I will not use this service again!!!!

The movers were professional, pleasant and hard workers. I was not as prepared and I had hoped to be prior to their arrival and they adjusted without complaint. I would use them again and again, though I hope to not have to move for quite a while. Well worth the expense.

This was the most horrific moving experience EVER. I hired this company to perform packing & moving based upon many positive reviews, which I now question the validity of said reviews. First of all, for the packing portion of the job, I was expecting 4 workers. The owner Malik showed up LATE, and with no help, to try to do the work of four people. He did a partial packing job and assured my that his moving crew would complete the task on the following day (which was the move day). On Moving Day, the crew of 4 showed up but one crew member was brand new and very young. After the first 30 minutes, he was totally exhausted (probably never did manual labor a day in his life) a could not work. This caused the rest of the crew to take more time. They were disorganized and took an excessive amount of time getting things packed and on the truck. When we finally got to the destination, the crew wasted the first 15 minutes arguing amongst themselves about stopping to get something to eat & drink since it was a hot day. One disgruntled team member just disappeared from the job (not to return), leaving only two team members to do a 4-man job. I notified Malik (the owner) during that time to let him know that his team needed additional support. Additional support was NOT provided. The two remaining team members dragged on for about 5 hours unloading the truck and trying to reassemble furniture. Because they were tired and overburdened (2 workers short), they just started putting boxes anywhere just to get the truck unloaded...the day was wasting away. The disgruntled team member who had earlier abandoned his job (leaving his team overburdened) was the only one who knew where the screws were for the furniture which needed to be reassembled. This created a painstaking process for the two remaining team members to try and figure out. They were unsuccessful and were not able to complete the job of reassembling all the furniture which was disassembled for moving . I expressed my extreme displeasure of the whole situation to Malik and gave him an opportunity to make things right. Malik then promised me that by the end of the next day that he would have the remaining pieces of furniture put together, even if he had to come do it himself. The next day I did not hear a word from Malik or from anyone else from his company. I sent him a text message at 9:39pm stating that I was extremely disappointed that I had received ZERO communication, after being PROMISED the day before that he would RESOLVE the issue. At 7:30am the next morning, I finally receive some communication from Malik (in the form of a text message). When I finally spoke to Malik on the phone, he gave a lame apology, then tried to justify his lack of action by stating that was working on an out-of-state move job in Delaware and didn't get home until 2:00am. They were very communicative. Only required a small deposit with payment at the end of the job. The cost was what I expected no surprises and didn't nickel and dime for tape. Shrink wrap etc. They did change my preference on start time at the last minute due to issues with repairs to truck. However, the guys showed up earlier than expected and worked hard to get the job done. I had a lot of glass case items, they took good care of my items. They provided a credit for my inconvenience with the time change and they finished the job before dark. I will use them again!

Guys were prompt and efficient with disassembly, moving and placing my furniture where I wanted it. Everything was not re-assembled and I do not know what/where some of the parts are.

The team that worked for me was some great guys. They were quick and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

My sincere gratitude for ensuring a smooth transitional move out of a less than desirable living situation. As always, I had said my prayers beforehand and God answered as only He knows how. He sent not just an ethical, qualified and professional crew, but men of valor; all of whom extended their kindness by having my back, if necessary. Though my moving situation was not of any serious threat to me or any of the crew, I was (am) honored and humbled by the chivalry displayed by all. True gentlemen who made me laugh and turned what could have been a stressful situation into an enjoyable and pleasant event. They never took a break and I was kept informed from the on-time (for me) start to the completed finish. I would definitely use again and recommend to others, the services of K&M Delivery Moving, Inc. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my property.

The movers completely understood the project and moved in and out with in the hours provided. They helped me move 4 level townhouse ( 4 queen beds + frames, mattress, dining table, sofa sets, corner table, bikes, patio tables, kitchen numerous other items and about 70 boxes..) . 3.5 hours to load (including disassembling) + 2.5 ( including assembling) + 1.5 hours drive. In summary I didn't have to worry at all.
