He pre treated the stains. I think by the time he finished the job, he had lost some energy. The end of the job didn't look as good as the beginning of the job.

Excellent communicators. They return calls promptly, they come when they say, the call the day before and about forty minutes before they arrive...very nice to work with, very much on top of their appointments and paperwork.

The guy who did the work was very professional. By no fault of his he showed up with too small of a ladder. I explained to the service rep on the phone the area was very high up and will require an extra long ladder. No one wrote that down for the guy doing the work. He was able to get the job down with what he brought with him but with much difficulty. I would definitely hire this company again.
