This company was chosen after having several reps from come out, but not return to start work as promised. The four men who started the project the first day were very professional. There were a lot of items tp be moved around, in order to do the treatment, but they did it withour any complaints. There was a slight mishap with water flowing from the washer after the men left on the last day, because a hose became loose after they moved it back in place. Over all we would hire them again and recommed them to friends and family.

It apears to be a great job. We hope it cures the problem.

Timeliness and quality of the finished product were superior. Minor issues involved with the build-back services and minor damage to the walls where material was brought in but nothing a bit of touch up paint couldn't fix.

Kevin Bristol and his workers were excellent...He actually saved us money by quickly diagnosing the issue (The AC coils needed to be cleaned) so we didn't spend a load of money on tests and so forth. Will be using them in the future and telling our friends.

They were very nice once they were able to keep their appointment. I told them when making the appointment that I needed a certified certificate after and they said no problem. The only problem was they had no MHIC number after the process was complete. I was told it wasn't necessary until June...we were dealing with a VA type loan on the sale of our home.

The employees of Advance Mold Remediation were courteous, professional, and pleasant to work with from beginning to end. The Inspector who came to my home initially was extremely professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what he was recommending and why; Wendy, in the office, was extremely helpful in terms of working with my very tight schedule; and the actual crew who did the work arrived on time, gave me the opportunity to inspect their work and cleanned up after themselves.
