The company was very professional and easy to communicate with. Process was very smooth.

Mid-Atlantic provided an estimate and time to do the work. They showed up on time and the workers were extremely professional and completed the work as stated in the contract. All members of this company were exceptionally professional. We are now in a new home but we would use Med-Atlantic again and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Well, I had been struggling with my gutter issues for sometime. He fixed the problem and also gave me a lifetime warranty. Have had no problem since.

We recently had the gutters and downspouts replaced on our town home. And on the new gutters we wanted to have a system installed and would keep them free for leaves and other debris. After interviewing multiple contractors, we selected Mid-Atlantic. We found their price to be fair and the staff very easy to work with. All work was completed as scheduled and we were very happy with the quality of the work. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Mid-Atlantic's representatives and workers were prompt, courteous, efficient, and skillful. The house looks beautiful. Susie Burgers was particularly kind and helpful. When we discovered that, due to an honest misunderstanding, the workers brought and began to install a different color siding from what we thought we ordered, we thought we were in for a big hassle, but Susie immediately arranged the switch without any extra drama for us. Thank you, Susie, and thank you, Mid-Atlantic. You're the best!

They were prompt to return my first couple correspondences. After talking to them more than once, finally settled on a time to get an estimate. Weeks passed and I heard nothing. I called to see if the estimate was ready. Was told they were backed up, but they could outsource the job and would pass my information on to their contact. That was about three weeks ago. Emailed them seven days ago to say I still haven't heard from that person and have yet to hear anything back. Very frustrated.

I would highly recommend Mid-Atlantic Gutters & Exteriors! John came out to my house, and I was very impressed with the time that he took to explain everything to me and examine the problem. After locating the hole where my roof was leaking, he offered to provide a "quick fix" to get me through the predicted rain later in the week. This was done without me asking and free of charge. John also called the insurance adjuster that had been out to my house to explain Maryland code to him and advocate for the insurance company to pay for my entire roof to be replaced, rather than just the section where the hole was located. Once again, he did this free of charge and without me signing a contract. Once I agreed to using Mid-Atlantic Gutters and Exteriors, a few minor glitches came up. John quickly agreed to fix them without any additional charges. Susie was very friendly whenever I called and was in constant communication with me regarding the date that the roof would be installed. The crew that completed the work was wonderful! John had briefed them on all of the small details of the project before their arrival, so they came to the house prepared and ready to work. Although they had to get their truck into a tight space, they were very thoughtful and considerate of my neighbors and took care in putting materials and their truck on my front lawn. Once the roof was replaced, they thoroughly cleaned the area, leaving very little debris behind. I had an overall great experience with the company. Thank you!

We originally called four roofing companies for estimates, but it was John, the owner of Mid-Atlantic, who sold us on the spot. After climbing up and walking the entire roof to do a thorough inspection, he informed us that the roof would last at least a couple more years and was curious why we wanted a new roof now. Since the old gutters were in the process of falling off, we explained that we wanted to do both the roof and gutters at the same time. Scheduling the two jobs was a little difficult due to the unusually wet weather, however, Susan in the office kept us informed of the dates. Both the roof and gutter crews were amazing - each person knew what he had to do and they worked as a team. From beginning to end, we were extremely pleased with Mid-Atlantic and we look forward to using them again when it's time to replace the siding and windows.

I would go crazy writing details but, know that I would recommend and use them again. Fast, professional, quality product. Looks so much better than my 33 year old gutters; like crown molding for your home. Don't hesitate to use these folks. No BS/run-around, someone always answers the phone of responds quickly if they miss a call.

I was told in so many words over the phone that they wouldn't even come and give me an estimate on my leaking roof I needed replaced because I was using wells Fargo's renovation loan and it would take them a month to get paid. They would rather let you have your roof fall in on you then even send someone over to look at it because your not rich enough to be worth there time.

They returned our call promptly and visited us within a couple of days. John limbed into the garage attic and on to the roof to look for leaks. A previous roofer hadn't bothered to check the roof and suggested a complete roof replacement. John identified the source of the leak as the roof vent. The replacement was scheduled and done quickly. There was no leaking in the recent heavy rain.

Mid-Atlantic Gutters and Exteriors is an A+++!!! From start to finish, John and Susie provided top notch customer service. John was out at my house on time (early) for my appointment, provided an honest assessment of my roof and provided a fair/great qoute. I did my due diligence in contacting 3 other companies (as residential companies provide a wide range of prices) and Mid-Atlantic was the best price for the quality of materials being used. On the day of my roof replacement, they went over all the details required so that I knew what was going to happen. They even went the extra steps to take care of a couple of things that they noticed. Mid-Atlantic Gutters and Exteriors is honest, provides amazing customer service, high quality work all for a great price. It would be a mistake if you did not contact this company for any services that they provide. I will be contacting them in the near future for additional work. Business practice and my experience: Omg where to start. Bottomline up front, Honest and Integrity! These values are rare nowadays, but their business is an exemplary example of such values. Ok first, I do not spend time writing a review unless the company is worth it. Mid-Atlantic Gutters and Exteriors (MAGE) is SUPERB. When I called, I worked with Susie who is very sweet and responsive with scheduling, and then worked with her husband, John. He was very attentive, cooperative and definitely not pushy. He provided enough information, but not overwhelming and always he asked if I was confused about anything. He inspected the roof thoroughly during the hot August and provided a estimate with a little leg room for unexpected events that he couldn't see at the time of inspection. The leg room is justified. For example, I had a large soft area around my skylights and he thought he will need more plywood. He provided a detail quote and stating the number of plywood. I was present during the roof replacement and when completed, I was only charged for the plywood that actually was needed. MAGE had good business practice by not charging me what I didn't need. Also, before I picked out my roof option, John provided a breakdown on each different option. There were two breakdowns that I wanted and John provided it. At the completion, MAGE would re-evaluate the estimate and honestly provide the remaining balance. Price comparison: I had two different roofer estimates which I don't think I can release company's name over Angie, but these other roofers were also highly ranked on Angies. I will do the best I can to help you too. IMO, MAGE was the most economical with the best reputable brand in the roof market. MAGE was not the cheapest quote by price. Cheapest quote provided the least reputable brand. My quote also included two new skylights, inserting additional bathroom roof vent, and window silicone sealing. My roof required 23 squares (sorry I forgot exact squares and didn't have the estimate in front of me as i'm writing this review. Quality of work and material: I chose Landmark Pro shingles and velux skylights. The quality of the material is very good so far. I had 4 heavy rains so far and no issues. All shingles laid correctly over the gutters. Clean up 100% with magnetic rollers. I had an issue with their work quality over my bay windows, so I called John and Susie while the workers were still at my home. Susie and John resolved my bay window roof issue immediately and it was made beautiful! So my bay windows roof had dwells. Their workers did not do a sloppy, but they just placed the bay window new roof shingles as it was before with dwells. After the workers talked with John and Susies, all dwells were corrected. Their workers were very friendly and cooperative, and efficient. My roof was completed in 1 day, 6am in the morning to 7pm. The windows silicone workmanship is professional, all 24 windows including second-story sealed beautifully. Suggested improvements: No improvement necessary for their honest practices and execution with such integrity and professional communication with me. As for prices, always cheaper would be nice, but to all the readers, please consider that MAGE is a business too and everyone has a livelihood to sustain. MAGE prices is very reasonable. As for provided services, I would suggest (again only a suggestion, maybe their a potential business market to tap into) that MAGE become MAGIE (Mid-atlantic gutters interiors and exteriors). So, I also wanted a full exhaust fan installation, but MAGE only performed exterior services. MAGE did provide the service of making the roof cut-out and installing the vent with awesome cap sealing practice (ice shield and shingles around vent cap). By myself, I installed the exhaust fan and venting to the roof vent cap. Overall: I am grateful that I found an honest, trust worthy, and dependable business with very reasonable prices. Kudos to Susie, John, their roofers, and the "window sealer guy". To Susie and John, please thank all your employees who were involved . It went excellent. This company was very nice to me and they did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and there was no mess. I would highly recommend this company to other Angie's list members.

My wife's uncle was able to install the gutters for us at cost which is the only reason we did not go with Mid-Atlantic Gutters. Having said that, I can understand why they are so highly rated. Sue exemplifies "Customer Service". She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Just from a few conversations with her on the phone and through email, I can tell that this business cares about their customers. If I have any future needs, I will certainly go with them.

An estimate was provided promptly after requested and, upon our acceptance of the proposal, the work was scheduled quickly. Communication was great. We requested to have the work done as soon as possible because a landscaping project was on hold until after the installation of new gutters. We really appreciate that they scheduled us to accommodate that situation. The old gutters and downspouts were removed and the new ones were installed. Throughout the project, all resultant debris and trash was cleaned up and removed. We are very pleased with the new gutters!

I'd use Mid-Atlantic again without reservation. From initial contact through job completion, everything was very professionally done. Mid-Atlantic even did a little extra by putting up a diverter on a completely different part of my house where I was experiencing significant "flow" from a roof valley area that just sort of bypassed the gutter completely. Excellent service.

John appeared on time for the estimate appointment and listened to what I wanted done. He took measurements, and was able to provide an estimate during this appointment. I was very pleased with the estimated price. His estimate was lower than other estimates from other roofing companies, so I submitted a deposit that same day. I should mention that the price was not the only factor in selecting MidAtlantic. John knows his business very well and was very sharp with his answers to some of the design concerns I had (specifically, a corner "valley" where two parts of a gable roof met which funneled alot of water). While inspecting the leaky roof during the estimate appointment, he found the problem right away....something that two other roofers had missed! They were backlogged by about 3 weeks but were able to come out on the date they had originally scheduled for. The crew was very polite and quick and finished up the work on the same day. After inspecting the work, I found some discrepancies where the work done was different than what was described in the contract. John came out a few days later and we discussed my concerns. His inspection also revealed the crew forgot to patch the roof over the sunroom. So he spent a few hours correcting everything. When I reinspected, I was very pleased....everything was done as specified in the contract and to my satisfaction!

Mid-Atlantic performed work for my elderly parents in Camp Springs, MD. Good overall experience from estimate to completion of job. They also battled our yellow jackets! Came prepared with their own wasp spray! Finished work looks great.

Excellent people, friendly and understand service. Originally we had them replace 160 ft of gutters on our barn. The job was done so well, that we had them come back and replace the gutters on our house and shed as well. I believe repeat business is the best form of flattery and I honestly wish we they performed interior work because I'm sure I'd find something for them to take care of!

Installation was timely and went very smoothly. There was one trouble spot where runoff occurred when it rained. We notified them and they quickly made the needed repair. Very satisfied!

My first contact was with Sue. She could not have been more friendly, understanding and interested in need for new gutters. We had all the gutters replaced on the home. Mid-Atlantic Gutters was honest, friendly and professional from start to finish. They even fixed an area that was repaired incorrectly by another gutter company. We have had numerous heavy downpours, and I have to say, the gutters have been fantastic! We were happy to have Mid-Atlantic perform the work here and would definitely recommend and use them in the future.
