I had to have the bathtub and shower in my rental unit replaced and was growing frustrated by the poor service and ridiculously-high estimates I was getting. And then I stumbled on Miracle Method, thank goodness! I simply can't say enough good things about my experience. Their price was very competitive; both Mary Ann and her team were extremely professional, pleasant, competent, quick, on-time, and easy-going; her team really went out of their way to make my bathroom look nice; and the work was done beautifully. I usually don't leave reviews but feel compelled to complement these folks, because my experience was so darn good. Fortunately, I've learned they do more than just bath/shower repair, and I'm certainly going to call on them again.

Experienced professionals

The owner of the business, came to inspect since our plumber had already told us that the leaking was a tile problem. The leaking thru the ceiling in the living room was definitely a tile issue. The owner sent out a guy to repair. He was there a couple of hours and he did seem to get frustrated with me asking a lot of questions. All I can say now is that I'm thankful that we have no more leaking. I still have not received a bill because the owner likes to come out and inspect the quality of work, but has not been able to because my husband and I both got strep throat and were out of commission for about 2 weeks. Still waiting to see how much this will cost, but a previous estimate was $685.

They were terrific at handling what should have been a simple bathroom repair but turned out to be a little more complicated, partly due to my recovery process after some very complicated surgical procedures. They are absolute pros at what they do!
