Best bang for the buck.

This repairmanr not only re-grouted two tub/shower walls, he helped us understand a couple of plumbing problems and thereby saved us a lot of money. The repairman was sharp and his crew friendly and competent.

Tech was excellent.

Did an excellent job repairing grout in our shower and laundry room floors. Bid was well done and two workman did an expert job. Would use them again when needed.

First attempt at a small regrouting job in a shower was inadequate. However, the company did not hesitate to send another technician to redo the job and the second time around was very satisfactory.

Quality work for reasonable price!

Excellent job. Did more than I expected for a little less than expected. Cleanup and courtesy was wonderfull. My tub looks better now than when I moved in almost 30 years ago.

Maryanne was very prompt and helpful when she came for the estimate. On Grout Day, he arrived right on time, got to work immediately, and worked hard on the tubs for most of the day. I was very pleased that he covered the floors, in addition to in the bathroom, but to and from the front door. So nothing was tracked in. The cats didn't like the noise, but they've forgotten about it already!

The job was started and completed when promised. I am very pleased with the end results. I will definitely use them again should I ever need too.

The owner, Mary Ann, is very knowledgeable. She came to our house, assessed the issue we were having, told us the minimum that was needed and gave us other options. The office manager, Lisa, is also knowledgeable and easy to work with. The crew was excellent, explaining every step, showing us when an issue was found and helping us to make a decision. Everyone was flexible and professional. The tile work is beautiful. I would definitely use Miracle Method again.

After a diverter/tub faucet replacement in my bathroom, I was left with broken tiles. I contacted MaryAnn and she was very responsive. After MaryAnn came by to prepare an estimate, she was able to schedule us the next day for the repair. Her company did an excellent job. The tile looks great. Since she is a general contractor, I plan to work with her company again for additional projects in my home. I highly recommend this business.

Marry Ann the owner is very professional. Her company did an excellent job with my bathroom renovation project. She was very flexible with the schedule. She was very responsive and arranged everything very efficiently and quickly. A bit expensive but it was very worthy. Overall, very trustworthy and dependable. Excellent work!

After a minor glitch following my initial appointment request online (their records didn’t show it) I met with Maryann for an estimate of recaulking 2 bathtubs. She was prompt and communication was adequate. She described the work that was planned, quoted me what I considered a very fair price. On Monday I called and was able to get an appointment for today (Thursday). The employee would be delayed, but they communicated in advance which was great. The work was completed without complications and looks great. Jorge was very neat, he covered the area where he’d be walking over and cleaned everything after he finished. Durability will be determined over time. Based on initial experience would recommend and hire again.

The gentlemen was very professional, they came my home called me because I was running late for the appointment and they waited patiently until I got there, they came into my home put covers over their shoes, inspected my project gave me great advice and a great price. I hired them and although they was finishing up another project they grant my request to come over that same day and completed the job faster then they quoted me and my project looks great. I am very pleased with the job, the pros, and their customer service. I would recommend this company to anybody. Thank you very much.

Grout, caulking & tile look brand new. Cost was within estimate. Work completed on time. Overall- very pleased with appearance.
