My apartment management company put me in contact with Bob Tyber from Island Electric to do electrical work in my apartment and he and I planned to have him come out 4/28/16 at 10am. He asked that if that time needs to be changed, I call him and let him know. Something came up on my end which made our 10am appointment undoable. I called him the evening of 4/27/16 to ask if he could come out around 3pm on 4/28/16 instead. His response? A very flat "No. That puts me in the city around rush hour and that doesn't work for me. Not interested." It was only after a pause and my asking if he had any idea as to when he may be available when he said that he can "maybe come out Friday" and that he'd "have to check his schedule" and call me Friday morning to see if something were possible. Aside from the fact that his tone and complete lack of customer service were abysmal, I'm not concerned one iota if he's *interested* or not, nor am I concerned if the lack electricity in my home is of some inconvenience to him because it "puts him in the city around rush hour"! Tons of people have to deal with rush hour with their job; you are neither special nor entitled, Mr. Tyber. I'm without power in half of my home and I need this fixed. If he's "not interested", rest assured, my management company and I can find someone who *is*.

Bob was a pleasure to work with. He returned my phone call right away and came out to my house on a Saturday to give me an estimate. He did the work fast and did a good job with the clean up. Very pleased with his services and will call him again in the future for any electrical work.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS FAIR. JOB APPEARED TO BE DELAYED IN STARTING AND THEN MINOR INTERRUPTIONS DURING INSTALLATION, BUT OVERALL JOB WAS GOOD TO FAIR.
