The movers brought a truck that was just a little small, so that required making two trips. Luckily we did not move far- but the two trips caused us to go into overtime. Even with a small amount of overtime the cost was reasonable. On the plus side, the crew was very careful, and alI of our stuff arrived safe and sound- no damage noted. That's a first for me in all the moves I've ever done. I'd give them a solid A-

I ended up going with a lower priced competitor and regretted it. MoversUSA from the outset were fantastic. They arrived as scheduled for the estimate, were thorough and professional and detail oriented. I strongly recommend them. They followed up and worked with us on a custom quote to manage a complex move. Great guys!

I hate to be the one to burst the bubble, but I was a little frustrated with Movers USA. We were moving from a one bedroom to our new house. Scheduling, quotes, etc. all went off without a hitch. The crew of 3 arrived on time and were very polite. I liked that they took the time to really wrap up the furniture. All good things. My source of frustration came after the move, when I discovered several unwelcome surprises. First, I was by myself, so had to leave the old apt. when the movers did, which did not give me time to do a quick walk-through to make sure they had gotten everything. Being a professional company, I was confident that "checking up" on their work wouldn't be necessary. I was wrong. Our office was bare of furniture, but all smaller items were left - paper shredder, ruck sack, old cat carrier, etc. They also left some of our wall decorations and linens. This was very frustrating as I had a lot on my plate and the point of hiring movers was for them to move all my stuff, not just the stuff they felt like dealing with. Once at the new house and unpacking. I found something else; when binding our collapsible bookcases, they had used the sticky part of the tape on the wood finish. I tried to get it off without ruining the surface, but there were still spots of damage from the adhesive. So, between the damage to my bookcases and taking extra time that I really didn't have to move the rest of my stuff, I was left unhappy with the experience. That is why I would not suggest them to other people.

Everything was great from the communication ahead of the project through the actual move. Care was taken not to damage the property and the team was extremely professional and efficient.

To make it short and sweet, Movers USA were beyond EXCELLENT, they were prompt, professional, polite and worked extremely hard to complete our move in a timely manner. From Josh who provided the move estimate to the onsite manager and crew, they were the BEST movers my wife and I have ever used and we will use then again for our next move to NC in 2014.

The work was well done, was responsive, nice workers that worked very hard and diligently.
