The movers were on time, fasst and professional from start to finish

It was great, from start to finish.

I was very optimistic about this company initially. The people I spoke with on the phone ahead of time were professional, courteous, and made it sound like everything was going to go without a hitch. Then came moving day. The movers showed up late, which wasn't a huge deal, I understand things like that happen, and as long as they did a good job, I could overlook that. When they got there, the field supervisor told me I had to sign a liability waiver for damage, such that any damage done during the move would have been reimbursed at $.60 per pound. I found this to be unusual, since I was never told about this, and when I said I didn't want to sign the waiver, he told me that I pretty much had no other choice. I said I would pay extra to not have this waived, as there were many items that were of high value and I asked to speak to someone to find out what I needed to do to if I didn't want to sign the waiver. The supervisor became very pushy and said they were on a time schedule and no one was available to talk to at that time, so he left me with no choice if I wanted to get our stuff moved that day. Throughout the move, the field supervisor became increasingly annoyed when we told him what else needed to be moved. I thought to myself,"dude, this is why we are paying you top dollar--to move our stuff." Keep in mind, this was a 700 sq. 1-bedroom condo, and not everything was even being moved out that day. When we got to my condo to drop off/pick up some additional items, I explicitly told the supervisor and the other movers that they were NOT to use the elevator (it is against the condo bylaws). I also had mentioned this to the person on the phone when I initially drafted the contract, to which he agreed over the phone, and these instructions were explicitly stated on the contract to NOT use the elevators. Despite this, the supervisor and movers repeatedly ignored these instructions and used the elevator. This obviously attracted attention from other residents and the Condo Association Board President was notified and called over who again told the supervisor NOT to use the elevators. The field supervisor's attitude was terrible, and he became more and more rude throughout the day, and more and more annoyed that he actually had to move furniture that day. To top it off, at the end of the day, the field supervisor was overly pushy about wanting my fiance and I to complete a paper Angie's List "review" form right then and there (which he would turn in to angie's list on my behalf). I said, no thanks, I will write a review on the Angie's list website myself, and he kept telling me I had to fill out the paper form now, that it was company policy, and I kept saying, no thanks, I will write one online. It was obvious he didn't want me to write an online review, and I highly doubt that paper review form would have ever been turned in. All I have to say is, beware of this moving company. I chose them based on their high review ratings, but clearly this did not reflect the quality and professionalism of their company (particularly the field supervisor). Keep in mind, we paid top dollar for this move, and in reality, didn't even fill half of their moving truck, so it's not like we were moving out of a big house or anything. Caveat Emptor!!

Large move but skillfully executed by Angel and his crew. They were prompt, professional, polite, and had an uncommon work ethic.Their work today far exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't say that I'm the easiest person to please!

Arrived on time and finished early. Put down drop clothes and wiped all the furniture, exceed expectations.
