We moved from a 6000 sq foot home to a similar home in VA. We did the initial packing, but they packed paintings. mirrors, glass, piano,and hot tub. Move took 3 full days. We only had one broken speaker base. Everything else went well. They picked up the empty packing boxes within 24 hours of our call.

Excellent, no problems, and they completed the job for less than they estimated to us. One key to the success of this move was the fact that we packed nearly everything ourselves so the amount of work they had to do when they arrived to our home was minimal. I would highly recommend their services for your next move.

The move went smoothly from storage unit however became a little disorganized when we reached old Apt. A discussion about which place to go to first. Old Apt or new Apt which were located about a block away. We then preceded to old Apt which went relatively well. Finally we reached the new Apt . This also went well until I realized they had forgotten a few items. One employee did return with the missing items. After they left something told me to double check the old Apt and discovered 2 garbage bags with clothes in them had been left behind. Thank God I checked. I have used USA before and was pleased. This time also. The company seems to be run by the Latin community however most were English speaking . I also speak limited Spanish Xander it was helpful. I would recommend this company. They were incredibly quick, hardworking, flexible and got everything I needed done. They did a really good job following up during the day; the dispatcher.

Jose and his team of two others were over an hour early. They were all business - getting straight to work and stayed focus during the entire day. They never hesitate when plans changed or when they learned of something I had forgotten.

Movers arrived at start time, reviewed items to move, began packing, and moving. Friendly service.

Movers USA was punctual, polite, efficient, and we couldn't be more pleased.

They were quick. Let's say their back off seemed to be good. Some of their moving personnel were good but there's some mistakes. They lost a ladder.

Movers USA Inc. were great. They set up my bed. That's truly the only set up work they did. But they put things where I wanted and they were extremely patient with me. Their price was reasonable. They showed up 15 minutes ahead of time, which I thought was just wonderful. They were professional and courteous. They were everything you would want in a mover.

I would recommend this company to anyone moving in the MD area. They arrived on time and worked very quickly. We had a p/u at a storage unit in MD then the move of our 2 bedroom apt located on the 4th floor because you know none of the apt have elevators. They arrived with 4 man crew and this move in the rain took about 9 hours. Our stuff arrived intact and they put things where we asked and even set up. So we had a p/u at the storage unit then to the home with unloading and set up then another drop off at the new storage unit near the home. They did everything we asked and in a timely manner and did not try to milk us for more money for such things as tape and padding to move items. I was so thrilled with their work I called to see if they could move my furniture from my Philadelphia home to the new place in Waldorf and they don't so I was very disappointed. If you are moving and looking for good moving company that won't try to see your move as a pay day use these guys. They were excellent. They showed up a half hour early, and finished a hour before there estimate time. They were fantastic! They very fast, diligent, I couldn't say enough.

They packaged and wrapped everything very well. They did a great job in Maryland but when they got to Seattle they were not professional. In Maryland they were careful and neat and polite. The driver that took everything to Seattle, it seemed as though he picked up people off the street who were not professionals to help with the unloading. They damaged my floors, my furniture, and my apartment walls. They didn't have scissors to unwrap anything. They just didn?t seem like they cared. I did not receive the same quality care that I did originally in Maryland. It wasn?t a pleasant experience at all. ***The only way I would use them again would be if I could get the same service I received in Maryland.***

Excellent service. The crew worked very fast and were very nice. They moved our belongings without stopping, even though the temperature was in the ninety's. A fantastic crew. Thank you.

All the movers were professional and picked everything up neatly.

The movers were great, and very efficient. Had the whole apartment emptied and truck loaded in 2 hours.

Overall, our experience was very good with this provider. The team that showed up was very professional, they worked hard the entire time, and they were very careful with our possessions. We would absolutely recommend this vendor to our friends.

The move went extremely well. Basically we moved from 3 story townhome to an apartment. The move included a trip to Storage location as well. They arrived 15 minutes ahead of the window of 8-10 (arrived at 745am). I was pleasantly pleased as I knew it was going to be a big move. Two trucks and 6 guys. I can't say enough wonderful things about the guys. Very professional, very pleasant and helpful. They know what they are doing and so for anything I was unsure about, they stepped right in and took care of it. They worked extremely hard and did not waste a moments time. The move took 11 .5 hours and I think they took less than 15 minutes to eat lunch and maybe another 5-10 break later in the day. Without a doubt they are not trying to waste time for you or themselves. With that said, they didn't rush to the point of doing a sloppy job either. Everything was handled with care and we had LOTS of "fragile" items. I have not found a broken item yet. I tipped each of them nicely but still felt like doing more, just because how great they were. The only thing that I wasn't happy with was the estimate. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not completely unhappy with what I paid, but a part of me felt some misgivings. Let me explain: When the guy came out to estimate, I showed him around the house, identifying what they would need to move. (All the packing would already be done by myself) They would have furniture and boxes. So in the estimate it included: a Safe 700lb to be moved to yet a 3rd location, a very large Dining room table /chairs (seats 8) and China cabinet also very large heavy(4 ft wide, 7+ feet tall) and a small bedroom set. with all this, it was estimated for 9 hours. I even questioned the guy saying "really", that's all. What do I know, maybe two trucks , 6 guys, it could be done. (Not even close) Prior to the move (2wks or so) I called to advise that the above items would not be moved. So in my mind, that was "at least" 3 hours less time and effort in moving them. So in my mind the 9 hours just became 6ish. Well as mentioned above it took 11.5 hours without those items. I feel like some deception occurred with maybe quoting me a lower rate. I mean as it was it cost me nearly $700 more for the move and I think it upset me to think that if they did move the items mentioned above, I would have nearly doubled the quoted amount. and I could have had to pay nearly $2000 more (those are not small peanuts) So I say this. question your quote... Get some kind of limit to how many more hours outside the quote they can go. This will perhaps make them be more accountable. . You know how I said I was surprised it would only be 9 hours. Use your instinct or you might find yourself paying quite a bit more than expected, ok a LOT more, than you expected. I've read over and over on many reviews that this is very typical with moving companies under bidding. All in all I would recommend them and if I moved again I would probably use them. However, I would make sure they commit to within a certain time frame. quality is important, but on a budget so is cost and I could not afford to pay that much more than quoted.

They were very responsive on the phone to set up the move. They suggested a flexible schedule which saved me some money and was fine with my needs. They were right on time with adequate crew to move heavy woodworking tools. Although they did not arrive with a power lift truck as requested, they had adequate staff to muscle tools up a ramp. They packed and wrapped the tools as if they were good furniture. They were equally on time with the delivery and that went well too. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Seeded a bit disorganized but otherwise a good job

They packed everything up for me. And did a great job. Were punctual, and professional. It went without incident. They charged me for 3 movers, but 4 people were actually there.

They came to my apt and we went over the paperwork, then I was introduced to the team and then they looked at the apt and went to the truck got pads, covers and tape, then they went to work covering tapeing boxes. I whatched these guys pick my totes and down the steps they went , we talked they move all of my things from the third floor to the truck and we were on our why to my new apt with in 1hr 50min. I like these guys a lot.....

Went well. People worked very hard cost 800 more than estimate 2070. more. ( Will write more online).
