The movers did an outstanding job. Very quick and professional.

The move went very well and I would certainly hire Mover's USA again. The movers showed up on time and even called me to let me know they were on their way. Thanks Movers USA for helping me through a stressful time.

The Movers USA crew showed up on time despite an initial misunderstanding by their dispatcher about whether to start at our house or storage unit, and then did a fast, professional job of loading our belongings on their truck, including some packing. They were all pleasant, courteous, and very knowledgeable, and we would certainly hire them again.

Service was pretty good. We seemed to have lost a small refrigerator in the process. They seemed concerned and were very friendly. They were on time and showed up when promised.

First, I want to say this is my first review. I found out about this company through Angie's List and decided on Movers USA after reading reviews from other customers. I felt it was important for me to write one as well to help other people make their decision. This is an excellent company to say the least! I was told that the movers would arrive at my house between 8:00 to 10:00 am. The movers, Louis, Jose and Ever arrived at 8:30. They could not have been any nicer. They came in, did a quick look around and started loading the truck. If I had a question or comment, they would take the time to listen or answer me. I was most impressed that they wrapped everything that was not in a box (tv's, all furniture, lamps, etc.) in either moving blankets or plastic to protect everything. I lived in a two bedroom condo. They had everything moved out of the condo and packed in the truck in one hour. It took the movers about an hour and a half to get to my new house in PA. As soon as the movers showed up at the new house, Louis, Jose and Ever came inside so I could show them where everything was going. My wife and I were combining homes and I moved into her house. There was quite a bit of furniture in the house that needed to be moved to other rooms before the truck could be unloaded. The movers moved everything that we asked to be moved. After that was done, they placed rubber mats from the front door, up the stairs and down the hallway to protect the tile and carpeted floors. Louis, Jose and Ever had the truck unloaded and everything put wherever we asked them to put it in about two hours. I forgot to mention that they broke all of the beds down and put them back together in the bedrooms at the new house. I imagine we will be living in this house for a long time to come so I won't be needing a moving company anytime soon. I can tell you that I would use them again and again if needed. This is a very well run company and they obviously put the customers first. If it is possible to request the actual movers, go with Louis, Jose and Ever. They were the best! Thank you Movers USA for making my move go extremely well. Keep up the great work.

I am very pleased. The men were punctual, polite and very professional. They worked rapidly and very well together. I only hope the delivery group is as good!

09/06/2013 - Move Out - Arrived early, did excellent job. Update: Raiting went from "A" to "F"!! June 2014 - Move In - Moved items from storage to new home. Coffee table and cedar chest were destroyed (broken legs and feet). Two Waterford crystal lamps had crushed brass bases.

This was a fairly small move from a condo in DC to a row house in Old Town Alexandria. Though there wasn't a lot of furniture, the team was prompt, easy to work with, and they were able to maneuver large pieces in very small spaces. I was very pleased.

very professional and friendly; charge by the hour and they did it in 2 hours less than they said it would take; they charged extra for packing TVs and things like that which was not explained at beginning and cost over $100 extra

They did a pretty good job. There were a couple of minor snags. They missed a couple of things they packed but did not load. I would use them again but I would be a little more attentive about what was being packed and received.

Packing went very well, as did the packing of truck and off load. One/two boxes marked fragile were not put on top so they were somewhat broken. I don't know if anything was broken. Will Look.

This was the worse moving experience I've had in 40 years! As a retired Foreign Service Officer I moved many times, both here in the US and overseas. And while no one expects perfection Movers USA reached new depths in their poor management of my move to Florida. Movers USA came highly recommended on Angies List, which is the only reason I invited them to bid on my job. They came to my house, looked at everything I planned on moving, provided a competitive binding offer and I hired them. A crew of 5 people arrived on July 1, 2013, to begin packing my household effects. I was a little concerned because one of the packing crew appeared to be a young boy, totally inexperienced in packing. They finished packing on July 2, 2013, and loaded their truck with my belongings. The crew foreman, Jose, then presented me with a bill for $600 in extra charges, despite the fact that my estimate was binding. But after talking with his supervisor the extra charges were removed. The truck with my household goods arrived at my Florida residence on August 2, 2013, and the Movers USA crew, supervised by Steve, began unloading. It became quickly apparent that the packers in Maryland had done a very poor job when we were not looking. Expensive silk lamp shades were put in boxes with heavy equipment and thus ruined. Two ceramic lamps were broken, dishes were broken, a hammer was put in a vase, every lamp they packed (six) had the harps and sockets damaged or broken off. One very heavy lamp was put in a box upside down. The Movers USA crew failed to keep bed frame hardware when they dismantled them in Maryland so the beds could not be reassembled in Florida. Worse, our brand new king size mattress was slashed by a box cutter when the Movers USA crew removed the plastic shipping cover. Missing items include a six foot step ladder, saltwater fishing reels, baseball equipment and rubber feet for exercise equipment.. At one point, I noticed two chairs that had been brought into my house that did not belong to me. I told the Movers USA crew the chairs were not mine and they quickly took them back to the truck. Of course I tried to file a claim for damaged and missing items and was directed by Movers USA to a company called VIP Customer Care in Staten Island, New York (201) 437-6900. I called VIP on August 13, 2013, to file my claim and was told by "Lisa" that someone would call me within three business days, but no one called me back. I called VIP again on August 28, 2013, but was told no one was available to speak with me about my claim. When I insisted on talking to someone about my claim "Summer" hung up on me. Needless to say no one from Movers USA or VIP Customer Care has called me to discuss filing a claim for damages. I estimate my losses from this move at $4,500. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Great movers. Very reliable. Was there early and ready to start right away. Went above and beyond helping us move furniture from 2 different locations and also helped moved furniture in the house to make room for other furniture. They were very helpful and very careful. Nothing was damaged or broken during the move.

Very great! Time estimate was right and end the team did a great job with lots of stars.

They arrived earlier than the window given, entrusted my antiques with them.
