Our experience with Movers USA was incredibly positive, and we would have definitely used them to move our household goods into storage for several months and then move us across country to our new home in Park City, Utah. We asked for estimates from two different moving companies and the prices were remarkably close. It was a very difficult decision for us to make because we felt confident we would get quality service from both companies. in the end, we chose the other moving company ONLY because their price was a little bit lower. We have nothing but praise for this company and would recommend them without hesitation.

I gave them only one week notice and they were able to fit me into their schedule. The three man crew finished the job in the exact amount of time it was estimated. While I don't have a lot of things, what I do have is either heavy, or awkward in shape or size. Well done.

The move went very smoothly. The workers were very helpful and polite. The quoted time took a little longer but additional packing was required. It was not a problem. Was very happy with the move.

Some of the crew were professional and some were not. When loading the truck is caught them literally tossing boxes down the stairs. While unpacking we found upholstery that had been severely stained, a large mirror with broken glass, china plates that had been stacked by the 10's without any buffering that were broken. Even thought we had insured the move and the movers took responsibility for the damage it took over 30 emails and phone calls and 4 months be be compensated. Mostly because of the carelessness I would not use this company again. Things get broken when you move, when you pay someone to pack your things for storage and a move you expect to get what you pay for. During one conversation with a representative he said I should feel lucky because some people never get their stuff at all, that seems to me like the company is saying our poor service should be smiled upon because it wasn't awful service. A very skewed business model in my mind.

They gave me an estimate for close to ten thousand dollars. They have been the only company that have followed up with me to make sure that I received the estimate and ask me if I had any other questions, and also if I had made a decision yet. I would use them in the future.

Jim, our salesman, suggested breaking it into two moves and it worked well. They packed a lot of the contents and did a great job. Nothing has been lost. They came promptly, worked hard, and stayed until the packing was finished. Sometimes putting in 14 hour days with additional staff help. You could tell the men had been working together for some time and they really performed as a team. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Service through phone contact was prompt and very professional. Their quote was just too high for the job to be performed, especially when I got an Angie's deal.

Everything was great. The four guys were clearly experienced and expertly wrapped, protected and loaded our stuff. We were impressed with how careful they were with everything. We were also pleased that they showed up early and got right to work. We had underestimated the amount of boxes we would have by fifty or so and this problem did not dramatically increase the price or phase the workmen who arrived. Lastly, this company estimated our move at one third of the price of Gentle Giant. Thanks guys!

From the quote to final move in, Movers USA did an outstanding job with our local full house move. Their quote came in well below two other quotes that we received. Luis (believe I have the name correct) and his packing/moving crew were very professional, polite, and efficient. They did an excellent job in ensuring all of our household belongings were taken care of and were accounted for. I highly recommend Movers USA for anyone looking for moving services in the MD area.

On time, fast, very reasonably priced. No BS to it. Finished in estimated time.
