Everyone was on time, prompt and coleus from start to finish! They were careful. I was pleased with the entire experience & am glad I chose movers USA!

They arrived on time (called ahead to let me know the time of arrival) and moved everything we had set out. They were very efficient, professional and courteous.

On time. Reasonably priced. Only 1 broken particle board. Took special care of piano.

Team did work in expected time. Some scratches on stair, but i was warned that some items would be tangled.

We were given a window of 8-10am, and our 3 guys were there by 8:30. We had two glass tables that they individually wrapped and packaged very sturdily. The guys were fast and efficient while making sure to be gentle with our furniture. They were great with direction on where everything needed to go in the new house and went the extra mile carrying things around the side of the house for furniture that needed to go into the basement. We had a big, heavy, bulky treadmill that barely got out of the old house that they carried around the side of the house (to the basement) and took the extra time to help us get it in, which was a job and a half. The guys were polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Movers USA to any of my friends. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

The experience was horrible.The people in Virginia was great, the people packed up everything, they were so efficient, and everything looked so secure. Getting our stuff in Florida was the bad part. One guy showed up, and he claimed that he couldn't get the truck through our front gate, and I talked to the leasing company, and they told us that people come through with trucks all the time, and he was swearing at us. He finally got the truck in, and he was just one guy, so my fiance had to help him bring everything in. It was rough. I complained, and they said they would give me a coupon or rebate or something, but I didn't get anything.

Very very well even excellent. The team arrived early began job after going orem the acceptable that executes all the measurements.

They arrived on time and were extremely polite and considerate. I can't say enough about how great everyone was.

Very good. Alberto & team (Jose, Kevin & Tom) were very conscientious and incredibly hard working. Conditions were very difficult due to cold rain. Appreciate the care in handling my mother's move into our home.

Our experience with Movers USA was incredibly positive, and we would have definitely used them to move our household goods into storage for several months and then move us across country to our new home in Park City, Utah. We asked for estimates from two different moving companies and the prices were remarkably close. It was a very difficult decision for us to make because we felt confident we would get quality service from both companies. in the end, we chose the other moving company ONLY because their price was a little bit lower. We have nothing but praise for this company and would recommend them without hesitation.
