Ray wouldn’t send an estimator out unless I agreed to the costs being upward of $15,000. I wouldn't refer them to anybody.

Everything was smooth with the move. The crew was so helpful, and worked so hard to finish quickly. Would 100% use again.

These guys are great. They had done two previous short moves for us in the past year, moving a relative to an assisted living facility about an hour away and then later moving the same furniture from Severna Park, MD to Pittsburg, PA. Each time they were polite, extremely helpful, very respectful of our property and a pleasure to deal with. This time was no different, even though it was much farther away. They carefully packed and wrapped our most precious furniture and lamps. They were quick and careful with the packing and just as quick and careful delivering and unpacking the following day. It is always a pleasure working with them and we look forward to working with them again when our house in Maryland is sold and we move the remainder of our furniture to Hilton Head Island.

These folks were fantastic. First, let me say that their preliminary costs estimate was a little on the high side compared to some of the other offers I was getting, but I decided to stick with them because I got a very professional vibe and you can never be too careful with this kind of thing. Long story short, they ended up coming in under the estimate, so not only was the service exemplary (details below), but the price turned out to be very good in the end, as well. The services they performed included full packing and moving of a large 1-bdrm apartment in the Washington DC area. The men arrived exactly according to schedule, and while the rest of the crew set up, the crew leader went through all the details with me, very clearly and professionally. They then completed the packing (which was not timed ? flat rate) in about two hours. I am now completely done unpacking, so I can attest that everything arrived in perfect condition, and all items had been packed meticulously. On the moving day itself, the movers also had to negotiate with some difficulties posed by an oversized sofa in a narrow passageway, and they did so with aplomb. And, as I mentioned earlier, the timed, moving portion of the job ended up going quite a bit faster than had been estimated, which saved me a lot of money. Last but not least, the men were super-courteous and nice. All in all, I was extremely pleased with the service, and would recommend them to anyone interested in a similar move. I will certainly be using them again the next time I have such a need.

So far they only did first half of move but they were awesome. All star team. Moved fast and clean in a blizzard. Can't say enough good things.

I was under an extremely tight schedule for a local residential move and was getting (understandably) rebuffed by every company I contacted due to the short notice. As soon as I explained the situation to the Movers USA rep, he transferred me to one of their managers who entertained several different scenarios to try to get my move wedged into their schedule. When it became clear it couldn't happen, he gave me the direct number to someone at another company that he assured me would be fair and not exploit the fact that I was time-constrained. Getting that kind of referral was very appreciated.

The movers usa team was great. They operated under challenging conditions and only had minimal mishaps.

The team arrived on time, worked diligently and carefully at both ends o the move. They were all polite,friendly and professional.

Provider sent 4 movers and a truck. Moved us in ~8 hours (original estimate was 6). We had only a short distance (2 mile) move. The guys were very polite and professional, and moved everything quickly without a hitch. Though I hope to never use them again(!) I would if I have to move!!

Packers chowed up on time all 3 days and worked steadily and thoroughly. Even moved our baby grand piano. Packers were very pleasant, quiet and efficient. We were given plenty of time and were never rushed. Christian, the foreman, was very professional and pleasant.

They were on time, very efficient, and non-stop workers. The furniture was all handled very carefully and they did the moving in record time and moved a full house of furniture between three different locations. I will recommend them to anyone looking for movers and they also gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member.
