Overall, a good experience. Kept us informed all the way; available to answer questions; gave us materials to do some packing on our own. Alberto, very easy to work with!

The movers arrived early and worked very hard. There was no damage although we lost small parts to a filing cabinet.

Great. A little misunderstanding with the woman who booked the move, but it was solved at no extra cost. The movers were great, careful, relaxed.

The guys were early, flexible, professional. We had some challenges with parking and with the load of the furniture but the guys went with the flow and got it done.

Arrived at 8 am, left at 5:30 pm. Reviewed items to be moved, they organized the items, wrapped & boxed items/furniture. Very efficient!

When I talked to Megan who schedules everything. It seemed to go smoothly. They wrapped thing carefully, moved things carefully, and I was very impressed. They were very respectful of my things. They arrived on time when they were supposed to. When we arrived in Florida I noticed we were missing some things. I called the company to inform them. I asked them if they could please get into touch with the people they moved after to me, so I could receive my things back. They said that would be no problem. I had not heard anything for a while. So I called them back and they told me I would actually have to get into touch the insurance company. I then again called back and asked them again to find out if they could get into touch with the people who moved after me again. They woman told me it would take three weeks to receive a call back. So I waited and waited to hear something from them. I never received a phone call, and finally called them. I told them I wanted my money back, and was told they would send out the forms for me to fill out. It took a month to receive the forms and by that time it was to late to receive any money back. After I had gotten settled in I noticed that a table had been damaged, and the company tried to repair it with Elmer's glue, so I would not notice. I was very disgusted with the services after everything was done.

We have moved many times, and this is definitely one of the best experiences. The crew were on time, friendly, very careful with fragile items, hardworking, efficient, and had a great attitude. My sales contract Jim and the crew's leader Christian were both very nice and communicated clearly and timely. Christian called me the day before the move to confirm all the details. He also told me when the crew was about to take a break, so I wouldn't wonder why they were all sitting around. We also didn't have to pay top dollars for a top level job, as their quotes were pretty reasonable among all the quotes we received. I hate moving, but if I have to move again, I will definitely hire them.

Went very well. When I booked, the rep took an inventory of my furniture and gave an estimated time and price range. The movers were professional, courteous and finished within the time quoted.

The individuals who proved the physical moving services were extremely professional, punctual and helpful. They arrived on time and were efficient and neat and tidy in providing their services. The sales representative, Jim, was as well. My interactions with Ray Wise, the Operations Manager were considerably less professional. I had a job before I had an apartment and so I had hotel living arrangements and was unsure what my move in date was going to be. I had selected Movers USA, 1- because of a professional recommendation from my trusted friend and realtor and 2- because they offered both moving and storage services. After my belongings were packed into a truck they went into short term storage and were then delivered to Maine. My issue with Movers USA is that for the cost of their service is the way they treat their costumers- you know and feel that you are just a dollar sign to them. This is unfortunate that this is my main take-away from Movers USA because the individuals who physically provided the moving service did an excellent job. I would comparison shop and ask for all costs associated with the move as well as inquire about delivery dates before entering into a contract with them.

Excellent! Arrived on time and managed to fit all of our stuff in one truck. Finished around 6 pm.

Movers did a great job. Handled everything with care and were very thorough in marking all items.
