I have made several moves in past years and this was one of the best. I had 2 trucks and 6 men. They did an excellent job. They showed up on time, moved everything with no damage, they were hard working from start to finish and they were very polite and pleasant. I would highly recommend this company and would hire them again. A little tip: I colored coded the containers/boxes to the rooms and hung the same colored sheet to the entrance of each room. The men were able to look at the sheets and put them directly into the proper rooms. It all went very smoothly. They were very carefully with breakables and when necessary they asked for direction.

Chris arrived a little late but his team was very professional and did a good job. It was done in a timely manner and everything was packed to my liking.

The team was on time, fast & efficient, let me know every step & treated my belongings w/care. More expensive but worth the cost.

Everything went great from estimate which was accurate to pickup of our stuff.

They seemed pretty good about the pricing and everything. I had them move a couple of things like the piano. They were pretty good with the piano but they did lose a speaker bar, an electronics item. I called them to see if they could identify it, but they never were able to recover it. They also damaged a couple of the hardwood areas when they were moving to the new place so it was not the best experience. The people that came out were very courteous, pretty helpful, and moved everything. Everything that they moved seemed to arrive in good condition. We didn't end up having major damage to the furniture that we moved. They also helped us to disassemble and reassemble a bed frame that I have so that was helpful as well, but due to the mixing of things to move 2 properties as well as the missing items was?kind of a bummer. I think they were competitive with other moving companies I priced out. It's not too much, it's about the same as other companies, but it is one the?more competitive side. They gave a discount because I am a member of Angie's List. The pricing was competitive when they accounted for the discount through Angie's List. They gave me a 15% discount. Without the discount, it would not be competitive. They were pretty responsive. Basically they shouldn't have lost an item because that was kind of a bummer. I could understand some mixing of things, that would have been more understandable, but losing items is pretty bad.

The movers and the truck showed up on time (in the early part of the window given), assessed the situation, and began work immediately. The quote was a little lower then the actual cost, but this was due to the time estimate being low as they did not expect the extra effort needed for unload, due to the destination having a lot of stairs to climb each trip. Still, they got everything done quickly. They were gentle with many fragile items, and gave a few things a little better packing then I had already done, to keep anything from being damaged. They were super friendly and responsive to every request I had, including where to locate furniture and individual boxes. I'm very happy with the service, and super happy I didn't have to try to lug all that stuff up the stairs I now live on! Would hire again.

I was super nervous going in to the process of moving about 1 rooms worth of stuff from my In-Laws place in Virginia to my home in Massachusetts. Looking on Yelp, all the moving companies seemed to have 1-star with reviews saying the final cost was 3x what they were quoted, stuff was damaged, people were almost criminal, etc... After talking to (no joke) 15 different companies, I decided on Mover's USA for my small move. The whole process from beginning-to-end was smooth with Movers USA. Jim and Ray were super responsive to my questions, I was kept reasonably well-informed about when to expect my stuff, and they hit the dead middle of their delivery window (which admittedly was wide). The final cost was exactly what I was quoted and there was no problem using credit card (some companies demand cash or add on a fee).
