Update: Floor was repaired to new owners satisfaction and paid for by moving company. I wanted to give this company a C but because of the poor estimate (I had lower offers) I cannot. I sent virtual link detailing my home. I got a deep damaging scratch on hardwood floor that has not resolved. This is a big issue because I cannot get back my security deposit. Also, my screen door was taken apart and not put back together properly. My estimate was $500 under what I was charged. I am still getting emails from new owner about payment for the hardwood floor.

Movers USA arrived late for the pick up of my furniture, but they were very professional by giving me a call to let me know about the delay. The movers documented all of the items moved and cleared out the space in an average amount of time. Everyone was really nice and they moved the furniture with care. The issue occurred during delivery. The time frame of delivery was excellent- I received my items in less than a week after pick-up! Unfortunately, several items were missing from the delivery. When one of the items was mentioned to the delivery person and after showing the item on the inventory list, he told me I could just go by a new one from the store with no problem. I shouldn't have to do this since I already owned the item. I then pointed out another missing item and the driver did not want to go look on the truck for it- even though there were already several items he said were not on the truck, but after insisting he look again, the items were found on the truck. After the delivery was complete, I noticed several more items were missing and immediately sent an email to the contact I had at the company. There was no response on the first day, but the person did acknowledge they did not receive the first email and they did not know why. Anyhow, the contact was insisting I call the claims office right away, although I wanted to receive the information by email so I had it on file. Eventually, he sent an email and I called the claims office only to find out I had to wait another week to file a claim. This is not a good start to the claims process- receiving the runaround. I will update my review once the claim process has been initiated and complete. Overall, Movers USA did a good job; however, if all of your items aren't delivered and the claims process is difficult, it overshadows much of the professionalism encountered at the beginning of the move because you can't trust this company to complete the task they were hired to complete.

Movers arrived, were speedy and professional and worked 14 hours and travel time of 4 hours.

Guys did an amazing job! Worked hard & efficiently. Were helpful with placement of furniture. Very patient!
