Description of Work: Our overall impression was that there was a lack of integrity. Anthony&Sylvan did not provide design service as stated in printed materials. In fact, the salesman distinctly stated at we could pay someone else to do it for about $1500! We showed pictures and provided a description of what we wanted, but we were provided no design and no price. I suppose customers are just supposed to put down a deposit and guess the price as well as what the end product will look like. Salesman said he followed up with us, but he did not. Management was provided this information, but implied there was a problem communicating expectations. We provided pictures and verbal descriptions, what else is there? Zero effort on Anthony&Sylvan's part.
