The A&S staff was great and provided options for several different pool pumps. Once selected, the A&S technician was able to install it without us being home. They did a great job and the pool equipment works great.

So far it's great. The pool surface is white and free of cracks.

Their service was fine, but the demo was not that great. I am happy with it now, even though I had to do some of the cleanup/painting myself. The restoration is beautiful.

Great customer service, great follow through, and great attention to detail. The finished product is great! The technician who came out to train us on the pool did a great job with communicating to us all of the features and operations of the pool.

Initial meeting for pool design was great! Once work started, it became more frustrating. Contractors were bad about leaving a mess from oil stains in the driveway to side lawn being completely torn up. The compensation by A&S was not adequate as they were gift cards that couldn't repair my driveway or side yard. Underground drains were to be completed per contract have still yet to be done. Very frustrating!

It went exceptional. From start to finish, it was done in 6 weeks and they had to do extensive deck work. They did the fence, the pool, and the patio, I was impressed.

They were very efficient and professional. They followed through with everything they indicated with the pool. They provided project manager who called and checked in to make sure everything with done with their standards.

It went well. They finished way before the deadline date. The project manager was responsive, he kept on top of things, everyone came out when they were suppose to and the pool was built with no issues.

Great. They were very easy to deal with, helped us come up with an interesting design, walked us through all the options you have to decide on when putting in a new pool, and the price was reasonable. The crews who dug the pool and installed it were very professional and hard working. Our project manager and salesman have been very available when we have questions and are quick to get back to us. The only reason I didn't give a 5 for punctuality is because they were overbooked on the day of the pool start up and didn't show up for our 2:00 appointment until 5:30 after I had taken the afternoon off from work to meet them - but when the employee did show and conducted the "pool school" was very informative and helped us get the crucial first two weeks off to a good start.

I thought they were great. They were very professional and friendly. They did what they were there to do and they were on time. They made it easy on us. This is the first pool that we have owned and so the guys even came back and taught us how to operate it.

I've used them previously and they did good work. Recently I've been having terrible trouble getting a hold of them. I'll be looking for someone else to use in the future.

I have purchased 2 pools from A&S. The first experience was so good that when we moved, bought another one. Unfortunately the 2nd pool has been less than good. The pool is now 10 years old, needed multiple repairs per year. I'm not thrilled about having to go through the repair process every year, but I have to say the customer service department has been amazing, in particular Alicia Balderston. The first year after installation I called many MANY people to help me with the problems, all the way up to Stu Neidus (former CEO), not one person returned my call.....seriously, NOT ONE RETURNED CALL!!!! Then Alicia called me, and ever since then she's been handling every issue that's come up. She answers the phone when I call, or gets back to me within minutes. She handles all the issues promptly, explains the process, and follows thru, a true professional. As I said before, the repairs are a hassle, but true to their word the repairs are being made every year, at no extra cost to me. I truly appreciate Alicia's time and effort in repairing our pool!!

It went perfect!!! All the people working for the pool company were professional and polite. At the end of the day, all debris was cleaned up, and the pool was perfect. From beginning to end it was a pleasure working with these people. They always showed up, they were on time, they performed the work as described before they started, the salesman came and showed us the lay out of the pool before installation, so we knew exactly what it would look like. (other salesmen from other companies, never took the time to do this). One of the guys even found an 8,000 lb. boulder and placed it in my flower garden for me. I would recommend this company to friends, family and total strangers, knowing they will be getting the best service on top of the best pool around. Carol Brandau-Bel Air, MD.
