Chantilly store staff advised to use salt boost system or pool Schick to raise chlorine levels. Also, up salt production for my pool.

A&S was great on all levels. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. The only delays were weather related, but A&S quickly rescheduled. The sales and service staff were great before, during , and after the install. Small issues arose (like any large project) but the A&S staff immediately corrected the issues. After completion, I utilized the pool service staff for a few service issues (covered under warranty) and the service was handled very quickly, resolving my small issues. More importantly no cost to me. I visited the Chantilly, Va, store on a regular basis for free water testing and all around pool care questions regarding the pool maintenance. The store was an Invaluable resource for a 1st time pool owner. Also, used them to open and close the pool for the summer and winter season. I would totaly recommend A&S for pool constrution, retail store, and service calls. Great company with outstanding service.

Overall we are very happy with not only the quality, but the timeline they did it in. Really good communication. Not everything was perfect, but when things did go wrong, they were there to fix things the way we wanted them. Doug Parkinson did an excellent job. He went above and beyond, great communication, highly recommended.

It went well. The sub contractors were good and the project manager did a good job. The quality of work was good except for the gunite (concrete) which was a little sloppy. The whole project only took about 6 weeks. It was a fairly efficient and painless process.

Great, Josh and his team tested my water samples and provided guidance with what chemicals to add. At first it didn't work so we tried a higher strength chemical (Pink-X) which seemed to do the job. The pool is crystal clear.

We have a 35 year old pool and they made it like new It is beautiful. Everything went perfect, no problems at all. We hired them later to install a pool cover. We would use them again and recommend their service. In fact, I wouldn't use any other pool company.

Fantastic! No construction is perfect, but the quality of this work is unmatched. They constructed a wonderful pool. I've worked with this company before, and I remain pleased with their marksmanship and quality. All personnel I encountered were professional, fun to work with, efficient, prompt, and reliable.

It was a pretty good experience. Had everything in order. Began with diagrams the discussed size and accessories. Then our project manager worked with us from constitution thru education of maintenance in Pool School. He was great, we were able to get in touch with him anytime. I love my pool.

Everything went excellent starting from them coming out and giving me options for the pools all the way to the pool being finished. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Building profess. They have always been professional, easy to deal with and answered all my questions. Jeremy was there to guide me every step of the way and did a great job. Opening/Closing: always prompt, there has never been an issue and staff is knowledgeable.
