Anthony & Sylvan Pools

The design was really incredible. We live on a hill and they were able to actually build the pool into the hill. The design is perfect. Overall they were really good about keeping in communications with us. We had a few other issues with the landscape around it but that wasn't due to the company.

It went great. Everything was done on time, the quality and craftsmanship were great. Everything went smoothly.

Spend the extra $$ and hire someone who will use reputable sub contractors. While A&S make it look like all their subs are separate entities on paper (for obvious liability purposes) they are all owned by A&S. While some execute their portion of the project without a hitch, others do the quickest job they can to get to the next. Then you are stuck dealing with management to things right. It will be 4 years this fall and I am still trying to get things corrected.

It went well. They suggested what I would need and I was able to get what I needed there.

They have a good stock of supplies and the staff is very competent and knowledgeable.

We are very happy with the product. The workman ship is phenomenal, and their attention to detail shows. Everyone who see it is breath taken. The water falls, decking, and the stonewall are amazing. We had previous landscape work in the back yard and they made sure all of our trees were good! They did their best to make sure everything survived. They walked us through every stop of the design process. They made a suggestion to do a larger Spa and we are very happy we took the sales mans advice, he really looked out for our interest and they are top notch. Everything was worth the price.

My initial expectation what that my pool was going to look like new immediately after the service, but it didn't meet my expectiations. However, after the water was in the pool for awhile it started to clear up, and now it does look like new. I just wasn't given the proper expectations on the process from the beginning, so I was unhappy at first, but now I am satisfied a month later.

I have had no problems with them and I have been satisfied with their service. I like Sylvan pools, as well. We had a Sylvan pool back in the 90s and our new pool we have now is also a Sylvan Pool.

It went very well. I had our grandkids with us and the customer service person explained how the testing works and even let them do the testing.

Chantilly store staff advised to use salt boost system or pool Schick to raise chlorine levels. Also, up salt production for my pool.

Great, was unsure of what type of cover to purhase, i have 3 large dogs. Store a staff recommended full hard cover vice more of a mess typecover. This cover was able to handle the weight of the dogs. Included in the purchase price was a free pool closing!!
