Ken does great work! His repair bills are in-line or a little below what other car repair shops charge. Ken backs his work with a 12 month, 12K mile warranty. Other repairs shops will give you a 90 days, 3,000 mile warranty. Ken is the owner and answers the phone whenever I call. He always takes the time to answer all of my questions. He is honest, does great work, and the price is right. That's about as good as it gets in these times.

My AC wasn't working in my Chevy Tahoe. Ken was able to quickly determine that the system had a leak before attempting a recharge. I had previously taken it to another local shop last fall where they charged me a bunch of money - only to have it stop blowing cold two days later when I was 250 miles away from home. Ken was also very thorough when replacing the brakes and rotors - cleaning the hub surfaces and making sure everything was properly done. He's very thorough in making sure the job gets done right the first time! Thank you!!

Service went extremely well. Ken is the owner, performs all of his own work. He is extremely honest, and reasonably priced. He has innovative ideas that elsewhere might cost much more in labor or parts. He is certified in many auto repair divisions. If there is a Master Certification, he would definitely fit the bill as a Master Technician.
