On February 8 a technician came during the scheduled time and did what he said was a diagnose of the problem. During the whole visit he was doing what someone else was telling him to do over his cell phone. All the checks and Numbers were run and said out loud as they were ordering parts (he told me that for the hood he was ordering a capacitor). The oven was locked after a self clean that did not finished automatically as it should and to try to repair he got a piece of wire from his truck and tried to forcibly open it. Since it was not possible he told me his company would call me in 24 h to reschedule the service with two technicians to pull the oven and fix from behind. On February 9 I got a call from MC appliances repairs and Norma told me that the tech would be here on February 10 between 10 and 3. I waited the whole day and at 2 pm I called the company to make sure I was still on their schedule. After 3 or 4 calls back and forth I was informed that they were late but would come. By 4 pm arrived the a technician (only one) named Rico. He said that hew as sent to access the problem. I was totally surprised but let him do everything AGAIN, even forcing the oven latch with a bended wire. After some attempts he tells me exactly the same thing. I have to come back and pull your oven to fix from the back! Of course I had nothing to do at this point except to ask a manager to call me and clarify the situation. I was promised that Kathy, the manager, would call me first thing in the morning. This morning, February 11, after waiting with no call, I called the company and got a message that the manager had an emergency and would it go to work. She was informed about my file and asked the associate to tell me that MC would not have any answers for me and that I should call Sears to schedule a new appointment with other company! Of course I called Sears and after a conversation I was informed that MC Appliances Repair (301-3866129) (3013864184) declared to Sears that I did not let their technicians get into the house! They are big time liars. Both came and even called Sears from inside my kitchen. I have their fingerprints all over my appliances and the first tech even spoke with Sears on his speakerphone!!!! A company like this does not deserve to be listed as Sears contractors or be serving ours homes!
Description of Work: They came to me through Sears home repair. They were sent to repair a hange hood and an wall oven.
