Home Genius exterior come on time for roof replacement assessment, crew come on time and quickly after signed contract. Project manager Leonard is very responsive, calls as soon onsite, get jobs done , communicate as needed till job completion. Very happy with their works. I like company cam, see the progress in real time.

Great experience!

Alans crew arrived bright and early this morning and got straight to work. Not long after, we received an introductory call from the project manager Dylan to make sure expectations were clear and followed up with us throughout the day. The crew was extremely respectful of our living area, causing zero interruptions and remained respectful and responsible throughout the day. The cleanup process was amazing given the amount of debris from our old roof & Dylan was polite and courteous during all of our interactions. I would confidently recommend this company to others looking for home improvement needs.

Home Genius Rocked out on not only my windows but my siding! The crew was great, they cleaned up every day after they were done and cared about my dogs and finished my job in record time, I know not every construction project can go this smooth but mine did and Iâ m grateful for Omarâ s communication and The crews attention to detail and attitude! Daniel and his crew came on time and left the site cleaned up. Even washed off the deck snd driveway. Walked though everything to make sure all work was done well. Dylan contacted me when there was a rain delay. Was accommodating with the date to do the finally walk through.

From the sales person to the technicians to the site manager my experience was nothing but spectacular! The efficiency, the courteous attitudes and the overall knowledge of the job was amazing! Kyle was our project manager, and he did an excellent job of communicating progress, and keeping in touch before, during, and after the work was completed. He was able to give us a walk through using photos of the work taken by the team and documenting all of the work that they completed. The team arrived to the job early, and had the job complete in under 7 hours. This included the removal of all the old shingles, replacing any roofing boards that needed to be replaced (it's a roof from 1945, so boards instead of plywood sheets), and installing the new shingles, including a ventilation system, drip edge flashing, and a felt vapor barrier. The finished job looks fantastic. Our family is very happy to have a sealed, weather proof roof again! I highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for speed, efficiency, quality, and communication. The experience with Home Genius has been great. Had a roof replaced last year and they came back today to replace my bow window in the front. Big shout out to Dylan the PM for setting expectations & delivering, and also to Eddies window crew for the hard work!

Excellent communication from the project manager (Kyle). The team was punctual, professional and friendly.

Excellent inspection and interview with their representative (Blake provided pictures of the damage, explained damage and replacement process patiently answering my questions. An enthusiastic representative of the company.). Kyle oversaw the roofing replacement which took place literally the next day - and they beat the downpour . The crew was courteous, respectful of the property and did an excellent job of removing all debris. I highly recommend them.

From the star of the process I was so impressed with Tyâ s ability to provide all the information I needed to make a decision. Leoâ s crew worked under this heat to complete the work. The project manager (Dylan) was great. Everything that he and his said about the project was done with care and professionalism . These guys were great. Allen met me at the door with a firm handshake told me what they were about to do and if I had any questions just ask.

The crew worked very hard for 2 days in over 105 degrees to get my roof and skylights installed. Dylan was with me every step of the way and had no problems being available when I needed him for small or big questions. If my experience is the normal experience, they have earned my praise and recommendation!
