Unbelievable experience from start to finish. Ty and Ali were a pleasure to work with in estimating the project and explaining all the great things home genius does. Made the whole process enjoyable. It was great chatting with them too. Working with Omar was fantastic too. Great people to work with. Even we have more projects, Home Genius is definitely top of the list to call.

Once we got appointment, which took a while, were on time and did fast professional job.

Working with Home Genius Exteriors was a great experience from the initial call back after finding them on the internet to completion of my projects. Ali the sales manager was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I never felt pressured into getting anything done. After deciding on a new roof, gutters and ceiling repair from a roof leak. I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process by the project managers AJ and Dylan. I love the camera link provided so that I could view the progress of my roof installation. The installation crew was friendly and respectful, they worked well together and completed the job in a timely manner. Everyone on the team from sales, finance and project management was easily accessible and responsive. Thanks to Markus, Dana and Kiersten as well. Itâ s been a pleasure working all of you! Ashley :)

The work was very professionally done. The cleaning up of all trash was well taken care of. Everybody we worked with was very friendly. Ali Dylan Ryan and all of the crew members were great to work with and communicated along the way. I will recommend them to friends upon request.

I am pleased with the work performed by Dylan and his crew installing our windows and doors. They were very professional and explained the process before and after installation. Dylan came back to check and make minor adjustments. I would recommend this project, it made a big difference to our home.

I had new windows installed in my house. They were easy to work with and did a great job with the installation. Dillon helped me with my measurements and did the final walkthrough with me. He was super knowledgeable and helpful.

I called HGE due to a leak in my roof and they came out, assessed the issues and gave me an amazing deal to get my roof replaced! They were out 3 days later and did a fantastic job. From Markus the Sale Director, AJ the Project Manager to Leo and his crew, all my questions, concerns and issues were answered and solved! Cannot beat the price, quality and warranty. The experience was very pleasant. Everyone from the salesmen to the installer were courteous. They cleaned up my property after completing the job. Any items that needed to be moved the did that and put them back at the completion of the job. Also the job was completed on time

To anyone looking for a company to do their exterior needs please consider Home Genius Exteriors. From the young man who first knocked on my door, to the salesman who came to the house, to the crew that got the project going, and the supervisor who helped with finishing up the paperwork. They all were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I needed a new roof and was in the process of looking around for a good contractor. That was one job I hated because of the pressure and stress Iâ ve experienced in the past when needing major work done around the house. But, with this company THERE WAS NO PRESSURE!!! Emmanuel was the young man who came to my door, explained who he was, and who he worked for, and was very respectful of my time. I told him I was interested to see what they had to offer. Then came Ralph. Ralph was very pleasant, easygoing, and fun. He was informative, and knowledgeable, listened, and worked with us. We felt very comfortable around him. Have you ever agreed to a contract, but after theyâ d leave, you would start regretting it, and wonder if you did the right thing? Youâ d toss and turn throughout the night debating if you should cancel or keep it? That night, I slept like a baby. We were shown what materials would be used, how they worked, and what would be good, better, and best, for my dwelling. The pricing was what I expected, and I had a range of choices to choose from. What I didnâ t expect was to be able to get a better deal that was within my price range. As the hubby and I discussed the options, prices, and financial positions, not once were we pressured or interrupted to make a decision. It was my hubby who, after careful discussion, brainstorming, viewing, and reviewing, said letâ s go with the best. Then came the day for installationâ ¦ I had a double layer of shingles that needed to be removed. After removal, it was found, I needed some wood replaced. AJ was the supervisor, and he kept us informed throughout the process. As the project progressed, he sent us pictures so we could see it for ourselves, or the reason for replacement, whatever the situation, we were informed. Everything went smoothly. Everyone was very polite, and the crew worked efficiently, just like a team should. I have to say, that group of men worked very well together. Also, after the roof was done, the crew did their diligence to make sure everything was cleaned up. After the cleanup, AJ sat with us to close out everything and to make sure we were pleased with the job that was done. I highly recommend this company. Not once were we pressured into anything we didnâ t want. We were informed throughout the project of how things were going. The whole crew was polite and respectful. From Emmanuel to Ralph, AJ, and the crew, all were there to serve you. In the future, for any exterior projects I have that need attention, I am calling these guys back.
