Their work was excellent. The costs were very reasonable. Customer service was excellent.

They arrived 90 minutes late and never called. Nice. They did a good job cleaning the fireplace and the gave me an estimate of $1600 to repair the fireplace damage . This estimate was calculated by sharing the photos they took with the business owner. Hmmmmm. I asked to have all photos emailed/texted to me. Did not happen. I called them to follow-up. After some hemming and hawing, turns out they deleted the photos. There s more but I ll spare you. Would NOT recommend. Save yourself aggravation and the feeling that they re there simply to rip you off.

AC Chimney Services INC , were very professional in the process. i requested an estimate for chimney repair and cleaning and the respond very quickly and set an appointment the very next day. Alex and his team were very professional and knowledge about the services. they recommended to do a repair and cleaning and they did an amazing job in my house. I really recommended their services and their experience. they did a quality job with a reasonable price.

Overall it was just an ok experience. I expected that the ash reservoir to be cleaned out but it was not. I ended up with a fair bit of cleanup myself afterwards because the technician had the vacuum on blow instead of suck and he blow ashes all over the living room. I put down floor covering and the technician did not so I had to shake out all of the drop clothes I had on the floor (which I am very glad I had as they blew ashes all over the place). Quality rating would have been higher if they had cleaned out the reservoir, used dropped clothes and known how to use the vacuum. Customer service rating would be higher if the tech had apologized for blowing ashes everywhere and cleaned them up. Value for the money was still good due to the HomeAdvisor discount.

They did a great job on our chimney including rectifying something that hadn't been provided with a previous contractor. Cost was fair, and the timeliness in completion of the job was excellent!

On time - did work to fix flue - took most of a day - adjusted to stuff that happens on a job - explained all clearly with pictures after work - took time to demo how to work new flue - made a fire - all drafting properly - cleaned up - made recommendations on future safety issues - and need for yearly inspection

They provided expert analysis of the issue and provided wood stove cleaning and mechanical services.
