Alex and his team at AC Chimney did what our former sweep charged me a house call to say could not be done w/o spending $7K to replace the entire system. Within 2 hours; Alex removed a dead bird and baby raccoon from my chimney, cleaned and sanitized, installed a new damper and chimney cap with screen for a fraction of the cost. They were kind and professional and kept me informed every step of the way.

They replaced a chimney crown. Came to give us an estimate and completed the job immediately. Other companies could not do the job right away. We were closing on the house in one week, and timing was important. Did a great job, good follow up with a receipt and affordable price.

Cleaning Job appeared to be completed satisfactorily. Some carelessness in performance: - had to tell them not to stand on top of roof ridge vents while trying to inspect chimney - was not able to properly inspect top of chimney; went to top of nearby roof section and took picture with phone from a distance - tech leaned with hand in the middle of a large oil painting above fireplace while cleaning.

Great experience and highly professional. They were even hired by my neighbor the same day, once the neighbor saw what they were doing for me.

Arrived on time, placed protective covering in area before starting , cleaned the insert and chimney, took pictures of the cleaned pipes showing every thing was in working order. Pricing and performance was excellent.
