The crew was very efficient. I was amazed that they repaired both chimneys in one day. They also cleaned up after the job, didn’t leave debris on my deck or yard.

They came to clean my gas fireplace. One of the men went into my backyard, looked up at the house chimney (to which the gas fireplace is not connected), and told me that the flue in my chimney was broken. He then showed me a photo of something indistinguishable on his phone which he said was the broken flue. How could he see the flue and take a photo of it from my backyard? He wanted me to give him the go-ahead to fix the flue that day. Needless to say, I did not give it. The company called me twice to ask if they could schedule another appointment to fix the flu. No dice.

The companyâ s staff was very professional and I would contact them again for any chimney or fireplace work. We hired them to replace the chase cover for our chimney. Our old one had leaks and was poorly installed. Their staff provided a reasonable price for the project and stayed in constant contact. I really appreciated that they provided a temporary protection for the chimney until the chase was installed.

A.C. Chimney was polite, on time, thorough, cleaned up, and finished constructing an attractive chimney. We have not had a heavy rain once the work so I can not offer proof that the leak has been eliminated, but I have a great deal of confidence my chimney will not leak.

Came on time as scheduled. Found damage, provided estimate, came and fixed as scheduled and kept to price estimate. Unless problem surfaces as I use the fireplace, I am satisfied. Somewhat hard to communicate because of language barrier but in end was able to get across what was being said.

A little pricey and I found it odd that I had to pay for a cleaning before getting liner totally replaced. Seems like it would not need cleaning if it was to be replaced.
