Arrived on time as scheduled. Covered carpeting, cleaned fire place flue, inspected roof exhaust pipe, cap and flashing. Friendly professional service.

Alex came in with 2 other crew members. As soon as they came in to the house, they laid out a tarp/floor cover from the front door all the way to the fireplace so floors were kept clean. They did a great job cleaning my fireplace. They were fast, efficient, and friendly.

The only reason that I did not rate this company with 5 stars is because when they installed a liner down my chinmey, the ponding cracked my plaster walls along the chinmey. When I showed him the damage, he said he knows someone who can repair my walls. I declined his offer because I was upset that now I have an additional repair and expense. Other than the damage to my walls, I found them very professional and very neat.

They were complete professionals and also very helpful and neat. They were great at showing pictures and explaining what that felt like they needed to do. I was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer and I am 52 years old. I know a lot about what they did and would have been able to do on my own but couldn't right now but I had full confidence in them and Frankly they were just wonderful. with me . Thank You very much!!!!!
