This was a chimney cleaning. We had some hiccups scheduling the service but the technician was efficient and was careful to protect my floors when he cleaned. Would recommend. $139 for a cleaning.

Alex and company was very responsive, arrived as scheduled, performed the job timely, cleaned up well afterwords, and even pointed out a small tear in a porch screen caused by falling mortar from a chimney repair they were doing. They offered a very reasonable reimbursement for something that I might never have noticed happened. Very professional and customer service oriented. Will definitely recommend and use again if needed.

ALEX cleaned the chimney well and applied a cap over the chimney cap to seal it. He came out the same day and was a great guy! Took photos to show us every step of the way. Did a good thorough job!

Alex did not leave a copy of his written estimate because I refused to pay a $30 fee that I knew nothing about. We found AC Chimney to be thoroughly competent and fair priced.

Appointment was made for the next day. They came as scheduled and were courteous. They were courteous and friendly. They diagosed the problem with the furnace chimmney vent on the roof. Pictures were taken so I could see what he was explaining. They cleaned, the furnace chimmney inside, repaired the damaged metal, painted and caulked it, and replaced the vent cap. I am satisfied with the work performed.

Incredibly responsive and reasonably priced. It started to rain, so covered everything up and came back as promised to complete everything. Took pictures and showed me the issues and then the work completed. Really good customer service -- would def use again and recommend to friends! Great experience!

Overall good experience. Responded quickly and showed up on time. Little bit of pressure sales for other cleaning/fixes they noticed (pressure wash house, clean gutters, etc.) which I wasn’t thrilled about but can understand they want business. I would recommend them for chimney cleaning and repair.
